SOIL Institute of Management one-year full time PGPM in Business Leadership is its flagship post graduate program.  This program requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience for a student to apply.  The program provides a solid grounding in analytics, marketing, finance and HR with world class faculty, curriculum co-created with industry and a transformational leadership pedagogy involving applied learning, action-oriented collaboration, and experiential learning through yoga, theatre and outbound trips to the Himalayas and rural India.

MBA@PES is a decisively effective program. The USP our program is the paid extended internship for all our students. As a part of this program, all our students mandatorily go through industry internship for the entire 2^nd year of study for which they are compensated by both the University as well as the industry. We believe learning happens inside and outside the classroom in equal measure. The entire second year is a fortified combination of paid internships, placements in the best of-companies, specialization courses and industry exposure.
