XIM University Bhubaneswar X-GMT 2023: MBA Entrance Exam on Jan 29, 2023; Check Eligibility, Pattern, Selection Process for Top MBA Colleges Accepting XGMT

 

Xavier University Bhubaneswar will conduct X-GMT (XIM General Management Aptitude Test) 2023 for admission to various MBA programmes commencing 2023 at various centres in India. Apart from CAT/XAT/GMAT exam score, Xavier University will also accept X-GMT score for MBA admission in all the MBA programs offered by all its constituent MBA colleges.

 

MBA – Urban Management & Governance (MBA-UMG)

School of Human Settlements offers the MBA-UMG, a 2-year, full-time residential Program to prepare professionals with the knowledge and skills to develop and run sustainable and adaptive cities and city systems.

 

It brings together the relevant knowledge, techniques and tools from the fields of Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Policy and Governance. The curriculum is designed to meet the specific management expertise required by agencies involved in the financing, development and management of cities, towns and rapidly urbanizing peripheries.

MBA-Sustainability Management (MBA-SM)

School of Sustainability offers a Value-Based Two-Year Masters Program (MBA) in Sustainability Management.

 

In keeping with the challenge of building a better corporate business and aiming to attain the goal of sustainable business and also facing the challenge of building a better Society with the aim of creating a Sustainable community, this Program aims to equip students with values of Sustainability and how to manage Sustainability in creating a future world of the 21st century which deeply connects business and society.

MBA – Rural Management (MBA-RM)

This Program is designed as an “MBA-plus” program, and provides a robust management education plus an intensive understanding of the rural context, communities, markets and opportunities. Students are therefore especially equipped to: Understand, analyse and address complex problems in rural markets; develop and implement livelihood development and social change strategies, and design, incubate and nurture social enterprises.

 

MBA – Human Resource Management (MBA-HRM)

The achievement of sustained competitive advantage in any organization largely depends on the effective management of human resources. Technological, financial and operational resources and capabilities provide only short-term competitive advantage. Moreover, faced with the challenges of increasing globalisation and competition, organisations are rapidly expanding. They are facing ever increasing complexities ranging from environmental issues to cross-cultural and geo-political issues.

MBF offered by School of Commerce (XSOC)

Master of Business Finance (MBF) is a new specialized 2-year, full-time program which aims at helping students sharpen their conceptual as well as analytical skills in the areas of financial decision-making. It comprises 4 semesters in two years. The course curriculum has 94 credits of classroom instruction and other credit components including two sets of elective specializations – “Banking and Insurance”, and “Finance”. In addition to this, the program covers immersion courses on current issues, seminars, workshops and interaction with industry experts.
