International Programme in Management for Executives - (IIM Lucknow - Noida Campus)

The International Programme in Management for Executives (IPMX) is designed for mid/senior-level management professionals, and aims to prepare them for leadership roles in business. The IPMX curriculum focuses on a strategic understanding of business, rooted in practical skill-development through action-oriented learning via projects and industry interface.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

The two year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is an AICTE approved Autonomous course. The course has been designed considering the Industry requirements and gives the students a head start in the chosen functional area. Special topics in the Syllabus include latest updates and developments to make the student industry ready. The specialization is taken up in the second semester to focus the studies on the functional area of the student.


The PGPX is a one-year advanced executive programme for senior managers and entrepreneurs with at least five years of work experience. It has been specifically developed to enhance managerial prowess and leadership skills that are required to take-on key responsibilities and important roles in a fast-changing and expanding business scenario.

Postgraduate Diploma in Management E- Business (PGDM E-Biz)

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

Year 1: The first academic year shall consist of three terms. During the first year we build the foundation and orient students to the basics of management. There are a total of 24 core courses that a student is expected to complete in the first year. These core courses enhance the ability to communicate, analyze situations and arrive at decisions using quantitative and qualitative factors, and to develop a holistic view of an organization and its challenges​.

Year 2: Students are required to choose a minimum of 21 elective​ courses from their selected domain of knowledge​.
