SP Jain Institute of Management Research and the TATA group in association with Microsoft organized the business festival ‘OJAS’ on February 13-15, 2009.

The event saw interaction between participants from top B-Schools and corporate leaders on different aspects of business management.

OJAS brought together the worlds of Finance, Marketing, Operations and Information Management by uniting the four flagship events of each specialization Khoj, BhavITva, Shrinkhla and Buzz-aaR.

A panel composed of leading industry practitioners discussed the theme ‘Downward cycle - challenge or an Opportunity.’ The panel also discussed the revision of current strategic and operational plans to combat the turmoil at a time when the rules of the past no longer hold true. The panel gave a lot of insight on the HR functions in the industry during troubled times and was attended by 200 plus students from SPJIMR and other leading B-schools.
