What is SAP 2024?
Supplementary Admission process or SAP 2024 is the final selection round for MBA admission 2024 in three baby IIMs – IIM Bodh Gaya, IIM Jammu and IIM Sirmaur. SAP will consist of PI round and will be conducted for the candidates who have not been shortlisted for IIM CAP round. These IIMs shortlist candidates for SAP round at a lower CAT cut off than it is applied for CAP round. CAT 2023 score is the sole criteria for SAP shortlisting.
Admission Committee of SAP Participating IIMs reduces the overall as well as section-wise minimum CAT cut off for all candidates to get the desired number of candidates. Since CAP cut offs are higher than the reduced cut off in SAP IIMs’ shortlisting process, there may be many candidates who have not qualified to participate in CAP 2024 process. For such candidates, these IIMs will conduct PI through separate Supplementary Admission Process (SAP). Registration process for SAP 2024 opens separately from January last week to mid February.

4. IIM Bodh Gaya SAP 2024 Shortlisting Criteria
CAT 2023 percentile score is the sole criteria to shortlist the candidates for SAP round. The PI process for the candidates, who are clearing the cut-off mentioned below and not clearing the cut-off mentioned for CAP will be conducted through SAP 2024. 4.2 IIM Bodh Gaya SAP 2024 shortlisting Criteria for Female Candidates (Super-Numerary Girls only)
Following table for shortlisting is for female candidates only. The female candidates, who are shortlisted based on the cutoffs below and not clearing the cut-offs mentioned above will be considered for super-numerary girl seats only. The PI process for such candidates will be conducted through SAP 2024. Registration window will be opened in the second week of February 2024.

8. How to Register & Participate in Online IIM SAP 2024?
Candidates interested for IIM Bodh Gaya, IIM Jammu and IIM Sirmaur admission 2024 but have not been shortlisted for CAP 2024, can register and apply for admission through SAP also. For these candidates, PI round will be conducted through separate process - Supplementary Admission Process (SAP) 2024. The performance of the candidate in PI of SAP 2024 would be considered for preparing the merit list. You can register for SAP 2024 at https://iimbg.ac.in/programs/admission/.
9. IIM SAP 2024: Key Instructions & Documents Required
You need to fill the SAP 2024 registration form, if you are one of the candidates who are eligible to appear in SAP 2024 PI round. But before filling the SAP registration form, you should go through the below given guidelines/instructions and upload the documents carefully. Please note you will not be allowed to modify the registration form after it is submitted.
Documents Required
- Soft copy of the Photograph (200 KB to 500 KB)
- Soft copy of the Signature (50 KB to 200 KB)
- CAT 2023 Score Card
- 10th & 12th Marksheet with a pass certificate
- Graduation related certificates:
Graduation Marksheet of all semesters/years.
- Degree Certificate is required for those who have completed the graduation on or before 2022.
- A Provisional Degree Certificate is required for those who have completed the graduation in the year of 2022 but have not received the degree certificate
- Those who are in the final year graduation, she/he should upload the bonafide certificate as per the format available under the Download format section, which will be obtained from the competent authority.
- Any other degree/certificate/marksheet - Master/Professional Qualification as mentioned in the SAP form.
Work Experience (If any):
- Work experience certificate and Relieving Letter is required for all the past organizations/ companies the student has worked with
- Service certificate is required from the current organization's/company's letterhead & issued by an appropriate competent authority with the seal and signature for those presently working.
- In case, if a service certificate is not available, please provide the offer letter/Joining letter with a first-month payslip and payslip of the latest two (2) months.
How to Enter Details in Case of More than 1 Graduation, Dual/Integrated Degree?
- If you have more than one Bachelor's degree (for example B Com + LLB or BA + B.Ed.) then select the check box “Click here if you have more than one Bachelor's Degree” & fill the details for both the Bachelor’s degrees.
- If you have a Dual/Integrated degree with both a Bachelor's and a Master's (BTech + MTech or BTech + MSc) enter the appropriate details in both the Bachelor's and Master's degree sections
- If you have an integrated degree with duration being 5 years and above, enter the appropriate equivalent graduation details of the integrated degree in the Graduation/Bachelor's details column of the SAP application form and the rest component of the integrated degree in Post-Graduation/Master’s details column of the SAP application form.
- In case of no such clear Graduation & Master’s components distinction in the integrated degree provided by your Institute/College/University, candidates are free to choose the appropriate bifurcation of the integrated degree between Graduation & Master’s components as they deem fit and the same may be entered in the SAP application form accordingly.
Please note that all documents must be uploaded in (Size - Maximum 1.5 MB and File formats - .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .docx, .doc) and if there are multiple documents to upload in a particular field, candidates should make a single file including all of those documents to upload in the portal.
10. Correction Request after Submission of SAP 2024 Data
If any changes are required in the data submitted in CAT-2023 for 10th or 12th/HSC/Diploma, kindly fill the same in the appropriate section of SAP-2024 portal and upload the updated document in the corresponding section. For Bachelor’s/Master’s/Professional Qualifications, data is sought afresh in the SAP-2024 application form.
SAP 2024 to have Online PI Round
SAP 2024 will be conducted online and the candidates can appear in SAP round from their home.
