The event was held on March 14, 2009, in Kanpur and March 15 in Lucknow. The event saw eminent personalities including Vice Chancellors, management gurus, CAT experts and students from IIMs addressing the dilemmas of MBA aspirants. Over 700 keen MBA aspirants in Kanpur and over 500 MBA aspirants in Lucknow participated in this initiative. Over 55% of the total population of India is below the age of 25 years, and its a big advantage for any country. We just need to develop this manpower into globally competitive managers for the growth of country. I expect that 15 years from now India will become a major center for global education.

Dr Musanna gave some important tips on how to go for selecting the B-school and said, One of the most important parameters for selecting a good B-school is the variety of the courses and quality of education that a particular institute offers. Student should not just rely on the placements of the institutes because a good institute is that who makes you employable and stable in your long-term career.Mr Arun Sharma talked about the three vacuums that all students must address. As an MBA aspirant you should have a clear goal and fill the three vacuums. They are the vacuum of deciding where you want to go, the vacuum of intelligence and the vacuum of skills, said Mr Sharma. Pankaj Bhatt and Nitin K Modi shared their experiences at IIM L and gave tips on MBA entrance preparations to the keen MBA aspirants.Prof M M Pant, Former Faculty at IIT Kanpur and University of Western Ontario, London, at first edition said, Youth are fortunate to be living in the era of plenty of opportunities as far as their career and education is concerned. However, these choices come with some confusions and responsibilities.

Students who are keen on management education should be active learners and ask the right questions.
