AIMA offers 6 months certificate course in management

According to AIMA, these courses initiated by AIMA-CME are focused, short-term and relevant. The curriculum is contemporary which will give the students a better understanding of the work situation present outside. It is based on case studies to build and strengthen decision making and analytical skills of the students.

The eligibility criteria for these courses are the candidate has to be a graduate from a recognized University or a three year Diploma from any discipline. Students in the final year of a degree course can provisionally register for the programme.Also, students doing other professional courses like MBA, CA etc can simultaneously do this Diploma course.

The courses commence on January and July every year. The programme fee is Rs. 9,000. For admission to the courses, candidates should collect the registration form with CMEs prospectus from the AIMA Counter or Nodal Centers. The last date for submitting the Registration Forms is May 10, 2009.

The evaluation of the students takes place on the basis of assignments and Case Study for each subject. Students are given maximum one and a half year time limit to submit all assignments and Case Studies, says AIMA.
