International Management Institute (IMI) Delhi has announced the increase of intake in PGDM 2016-18 batch to 360 seats from earlier 300 with the opening of admission application process. Candidates seeking admission to flagship PGDM programmes 2016-18 batch at IMI should apply online latest by Dec 5, 2015 apart from appearing  in the CAT 2015.

 

CAT 2015/GMAT scores accepted
IMI Delhi, The scores of Common Admission Test (CAT) 2015 to be held on Nov 29, 2015 or GMAT, will be accepted for admission in IMI Delhi to the flagship 2 year full-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) 2016-18 batch. Indian residents who have appeared for GMAT, not earlier than December 2013 and not later than December 2015 are eligible to apply. Accordingly the candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in above exams.

 

IMI Bhubaneshwar & Kolkata: The admission criteria for admission to PGDM Programs 2016-18 batch in Bhubaneswar and Kolkata campuses will be the scores of CAT, GMAT or XAT.

 

How to apply
Eligible candidates appearing for CAT 2015 or GMAT and seeking admission in PGDM 2016-18 batch at IMI Delhi can apply online only.

 

The application process for full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at IMI for the batch 2016-18 will remain open till December 5, 2015.

 

Step-1: Application form is available at IMI website and must be submitted online. IMI does not accept Admission applications off-line. Aspirants desirous of seeking admission at IMI should apply by registering online at Institute website

 

Step-2: Applicant should complete the online application form and submit the same along with the admission fee which is non-refundable.

 

Step-3: Applications complete in all respects, including application fees of Rs.2000/-, should be submitted online by midnight of December 5, 2015. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected summarily.

 

Payment of application fee
The admission application fee will be as follows:

 

For all programmes: An applicant willing to apply for more than one program at Delhi Campus or is willing to apply for all programs at all three campuses, will have to pay Rs.2000/- towards the cost of application form.

 

For other than Delhi campus:  If the candidate is applying only for programs at Bhubaneswar or Kolkata campus the cost of application form will be Rs. 300/-. If the candidate is applying for programs at both Kolkata and Bhubaneswar campuses, the application form fee will be Rs. 600/-.

 

The admission fee can be paid through Credit Card/ Debit Card/Bank Transfer through the designated payment gateway.

 

Payment can also be made by Demand Draft, drawn in favor of International Management Institute, payable at New Delhi, giving the IMI Application Form number, program and campus reference on the reverse of the Demand Draft.

 

Selection Process
Shortlisting Criteria - IMI will short list the candidates on the basis of information provided in the application form, CAT scores  (sectional  and  overall)  or  GMAT  score,  educational  background,  marks  in  10th,  12th, graduation and  work experience.

 

Selection Criteria - Past academic performance in graduation, class XII & X, Extempore speaking, Psychometric Test, Essay Writing, Personal Interview besides other qualitative parameters, will constitute the core components of the final stage of the selection process.
