IMI New Delhi has completed 100% placements for the PGDM 2021-23 batch with high growth in salary packages as early as in January 2023, registering 11.3% rise in Average salary at Rs.17.01 LPA, while highest salary has gone up at Rs.50 LPA. The Placements at IMI are not only faster but have also broken the past records

International Management Institute (IMI) New Delhi has demonstrated yet another phenomenal performance by the India’s first Corporate Sponsored B-School has completed its Final Placements within record time with a 11.32 % rise in the average salary which has gone up at Rs.17.01 LPA. The median salary, which has grown by 15.24%, stands at Rs. 16.33 lakhs. 80 recruiters participated in the placement process 2023, including 53 new companies. The highest package offered was 50 lakhs which saw a rise of 56.25%. The top recruiters include ABG Grasim, Accenture, Asian Paints, Bank of America, BCG, BMW India, Crisil, Deloitte, FedEx, Piramal Group, Shell India Markets Pvt. Ltd. Among others.

IMI New Delhi has closed the formal placement process for the final Placement of its 2-year PGDM Class of 2021-23 and has broken its past records not only in terms of achieving higher salary packages but also number of recruiters making pre-placement offers. In the Placement for 2021-23 batch, IMI New Delhi has registered top 10 and top 25 percent average CTC at Rs. 25.21 lakhs per annum and 21.59 lakhs per annum respectively. The industry has re-affirmed its faith in the institute during a successful recruitment drive at the IMI New Delhi campus this year, with job offers from diverse sectors through leading recruiters. The most sought-after industry across all top B-schools is consulting. IT & ITES: 13% Offers
IT and ITES sector contributed to 13% of offers this annum owing to the global business challenges.
