GIM Goa Admission Process is divided into following stages

• Stage-1: GIM Goa Shortlist Criteria based on CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT Cut-off/ Profile based shortlisting.
• Stage-2: GIM Goa Selection Criteria after Shortlisting process
• Stage-3: Final Admission offer after Selection Process

Final Admission offer after completion of GIM Goa Admission process will be based on various components and weightages awarded to entrance exam scores, past academic performance, objective assessment, work experience, face to face evaluation among other parameters. Result of the selected candidates shall be released based on all these parameters. While the objective assessment is based on XAT, CAT, GMAT score, the Leadership assessment shall be based on Individual Assessment in Group Activity -interaction with peers and evaluators.
