Important Instruction to Fill Personal Data Form for New IIMs Admissions 2014
1. Personal Data form is a key part of the admission process. It is extremely important for the candidate to provide complete and accurate responses.
2. Ensure that your responses tally with the data you have entered in the CAT application form.
3. Applicants are advised to have an active email id.
4. On completion of the first page of the personal data form, candidates will receive a user id and password on the email ids they have provided in the form. These login details can be used to retrieve the form for completion/modification later. However, such modification will be possible only till the date specified in your interview call intimation.
Remember: Candidates can edit the details of their Personal Data Form only up to February 05, 2014 11:59pm
5. Applicants are advised to retain their user id and password, since loss of these will mean that you wont be able to access the data form.
6. For letter grades, provide the numerical equivalent. Where percentage is required, convert latter grades/grade points into numerical equivalent and provide the percentage.
For example, a GPA of 6.5 out of 10.0 would be 65%. In case your university/institute has a separate system to convert grade points to percentages, use that system.
7. After online submission of the form, take a paper printout of the same, and bring it along with other relevant documents/testimonials when you appear for the PI & WAT process.
