How to Apply & Pay Application Fee
You have to use common application form for SNAP test 2019 and for SIOM Admission 2020. First you need to register and apply for SNAP Test 2019 by making payment of requisite application fee and in the same application form you need to register and apply for the admission in the SIOM MBA programme by making payment of Rs.1000 for each MBA programme, you have chosen.

SNAP 2019 exam scores will be the principal shortlisting criterion at Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management (SIOM) Nashik.   2. Graduate Engineers BE/ B Tech of any stream from statutory University are eligible to apply
  3. A candidate appearing for the final year BE/BTech and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
  4. One of the most important points in SIOM Admission Eligibility criteria is that the candidate should appear in SNAP 2019 exam on December 15, 2019 and must score minimum cut off score in the entrance exam to become eligible for admission

  1. SIOM Shortlisting Criteria

SIOM will shortlist the candidates for final selection round from among those who have applied for admission and have also appeared in SNAP 2019 exam conducted by SIU Pune. A candidate will be shortlisted by SIOM if he/she meets the following shortlisting criteria:

  • SIOM will shortlist the Candidates on the basis of information provided in the application form, SNAP scores, educational background, and work experience, if any
  • The final stage of the selection process will be held at the SIOM Nashik campus
  1. Final Admission Selection Criteria
  • All the shortlisted candidates are eligible to participate in Final selection round for admission to SIOM Nashik
  • Final Selection Round 2020 at SIOM will have components like Written Assessment Test (WAT), Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview

SIOM Admission Process
Following steps are included in the SIOM Admission process:

  • Step 1: The candidate must apply and appear and score the minimum required percentile in SNAP 2019
  • Step 2: Candidates should apply for admission to SIOM Nashik latest by January 8, 2020

Details about SIOM Admission Parameters
SIOM will conduct final selection round at its campus so that the candidates can have the first hand feel of the campus and also interact with existing students to understand the Institute & its offerings better. The components of overall final selection process are:

Written Assessment Test (WAT): 10 Minutes
Candidates should complete the essay/topical write up in 10 minutes time. The evaluation will be made on the basis of written communication skills, content, language, grammar, flow of presentation. Maximum marks awarded for the exercise are 10.

Group Exercise: Specified Time
The candidates will be given an exercise /activity to be completed in group within specified time. They will be assessed for 30 marks on their communication skills, team working, problem solving ability  

Eligibility document verification
The Candidates need to produce their original documents pertaining to all information submitted in their application form regarding education, work experience, achievement as mentioned in the interview call letter.

Personal Interview: Overall Assessment
The candidates will be individually interviewed by an expert two member panel comprising of academicians/ HR professionals/ Operations management experts / corporate executives to assess the overall personality effectiveness, attitude, fitment to the programme, curricular and co-curricular performance,  professional achievements,  tenure of work experience, its relevance to programme. The personal interview process will carry 60 marks.
