SIES School of Business Studies (SIESSBS) Mumbai offers Institute based Merit Scholarships and other scholarships to students to support them to pursue the management program with reduced financial burden as MBA education is getting more and more expensive. MBA scholarships, offered by the MBA colleges in India not only reduce the burden of high MBA Fee, it turns out to be good support during the MBA course. Since students’ dream of doing MBA from one of the top MBA colleges requires lot of money during the course of study, the MBA scholarship offers fee waiver depending upon your performance in entrance exam, academics, category and skill set. To reduce the financial burden on Meritorious students, Good MBA colleges offer number of MBA scholarships to its students in first and second year of MBA course. Schemes of special scholarship for Indian girls and women are also offered to improve gender diversity in the management institute. SIES Education Assistance Trust (SEAT): Solving the Burden of High Fees
The SIES Education Assistance Trust (SEAT), inaugurated by A.P.J Abdul Kalam on August 15, 2008, is a small but benevolent step to address this issue and benefit the Society in its entirety.

• SEAT is an initiative of the institution to solve the burden of high fee at SIESSBS.
• SEAT currently has a Corpus Fund of Rs.4.5 Crores, funded out of internal accruals.
• The fund of 4.5 crores is set aside for helping the students to realise their goal for education.

500 Students get Scholarships Annually

• The SIES scholarships are awarded to nearly 500 students across various institutions of SIES Annually
• Scholarships worth Rs.50 lakhs are distributed among the students
• Candidates are selected on the basis of both merit and economic criteria.

Government Scholarships

• Other government scholarships are also applicable to SIES
• Scholarships are awarded based on several parameters like merit, family income etc.
