JKBS Gurugram launches Buniyaad 18: Pre foundation course for 2018-20 batch to hone management skills

JK Business School Gurugram has launched Buniyaad18, an online pre-foundation course for its 2018-20 batch. The course has been launched on JKBS Govindboard to hone the skills and groom the personality of budding managers to meet the challenges of future.

Buniyaad18 introduces management aspirants to the fundamentals and principles of business administration and orients creative problem solving approach. The foundation programme is a 58 days learning comprising several management themes. It helps develop an evolved perception & attitude, and extends an understanding of the multidisciplinary nature of management.
The programme also helps to enrichconceptual thinking, critical thinking, Socio-economic environment learning and aspires the learner to constantly relate the learning to real lifesituations via several case studies, management videos, and application based analytics exercises.

It is a 58 days equalization programme.
This is an online learning programme which is delivered through application based platform.
It brings students from different academic background and streams into a common platform.
Programme is very helpful for the students. It also provides ample insights to the JKBS Faculty in order to identify the abilities of the students individually so that they can concentrate on each student throughout the programme.
It helps in developing the soft skills, leadership qualities and groom the personality. Continuous assessment is an integral part of the programme to evaluate the progress of students.
Towards the end of the programme participants would be given three different modules Statistics, Basics of Economics and Accounting as a part of preparatory module.

Programme duration
The 58 days programme will be completed on June 15, 2018 and Foundation program will start on June 25, 2018.
Prof. Jagrati mentioned that this programme is a highly customized study module where several management perspectives are shared over 58 sessions with weekly assignments and quizzes. Prof Sridhar, Programme convenor also shared that JKBS has recently signed up with IIM Bangalore to offer a foundation certification to 50 students.
