IMI Delhi has recently joined hands with Tech Mahindra to deliver online executive education programmes. According to Prof Manaswini Acharya, Programme Director at IMI IMI Delhi with Techmahindra has launched online learning programs in digital marketing . There would be a series of online courses and all courses would be open to enrolment

The first programme in this sphere is an Executive Programme on Digital Marketing which will be followed by a series of function- specific competence focused programmes as well as a few general management courses that would vary in duration from three months to eighteen months.

IMI Delhi has launched the programme as the fast paced life that corporate executives face today with mounting pressures of achieving targets and growing their business activities, there isnt much time that is left with them for value addition. Sharing the highlights, Prof Acharya says Our online endeavour intends to serve the needs of such professionals who are hard pressed for time but have a strong desire for value addition.

About the Programme

Digital marketing course, an exciting area of marketing practice would cover specific topics on Digital Marketing. The course focuses to establish habits for keeping up to date on emerging digital technologies relevant to business and to marketing.

Next target is to rise to the challenge of developing strategy to guide tactics and finally identify data sources that allow you to define and track performance indicators for your digital marketing activities. The course is designed to get you to think like a digital marketing professional, and to give you experience with industry-relevant hands-on assignments and exercises.

Learn the basics of digital marketing and a practical guide to use it effectively to reach out to the internet audience while building the brand and generating sales

Developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy

Learn how to develop innovative strategies in displaying, advertising, social media marketing, mobile and internet marketing, search engine optimization and website design to generate a higher response to the online marketing efforts

Learn the basic needs for practical digital marketing & sales as an entrepreneur, or as a Professional

Eligibility to attend the programme

Any marketing professional, who is currently using Digital Marketing OR affiliate marketer, who wants to use online media, to improve their business performance is eligible to attend the programme. Any individual / Beginner, who wants to capitalize on the career opportunities available in Digital Marketing Domain can join the course.

Applicants should be working professionals/-self-employed Graduates (10+2+3) in any discipline with minimum 50% marks and with minimum 1 year of work experience (full-time paid employment) post completion of graduation as on Application Closure Date.

Each course will be taught with the help of case studies, live corporate examples and general discussions. In order to provide greater industry insights, business leaders from different industries may be invited to share their experiences. There would be a pre-work and post work component in each module.

Course duration

With 2 hours a day and 2 days a week class duration, the course is proposed to be over in 4 months. Considering the convenience of working professionals the online classes are proposed to be held by International management Institute (IMI) in the evening from 7PM to 9PM.

Course fee

The admission fee for the course is Rs.15,000/- and rest of the fee will be collected in 2 instalments of Rs.15000 and Rs. 10,000 respectively.
