IIM Bangalores EPGP (Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management) batch of 2016-17 hosts the 3rd edition of the annual business conclave Sammantran on Sunday, October 23, 2016 on campus. Sammantran 2016 will feature talks & panel discussions from industry stalwarts and academia on Next Generation Operations, Financial Inclusion and Human Capital Management
The conclave, themed Emerging India -- Opportunities & Challenges, will feature keynote addresses by industry leaders and panel discussions among the CXOs of top-notch companies and academicians of the country.
The event seeks to provide perspectives on Indias economic future by examining opportunities and challenges for the evolving business ecosystem industries in three core areas -- Next Generation Operations, Financial Inclusion and Human Capital Management, in the form of talks as well as panel discussions.

Common Admission Test (CAT) 2016 the entrance exam for IIMs and other top rated B-schools like FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, JBIMS, NITIE, IMI, IMT among others is convened by IIM Bangalore on December 4 2016. It is expected that CAT 2016 would be a different exam than the earlier exams.
