1. Ranked No 1 by Govt of India’s NIRF Ranking
Recent NIRF Ranking 2016 published by Ministry of HRD, Government of India has ranked IMI New Delhi at #1 position amongst the Private B-schools in India. Responding to this query from MBAUniverse.com, Dr D K Batra said, “Our process is largely CAT based screening and at PI stage - a written test, psychometric test and personal interview is taken. CAT is used for shortlisting of the candidates. It has minimal weightage in the overall assessment.”

Programmes & Specialization 

-  Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM): 240 seats
-  Post-Graduate Diploma in Management - Human Resources (PGDHRM): 60 seats 
-  Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Banking and Financial Services (PGDM - B&FS): 60 seats

 Students are given the opportunity to avail diverse electives across various domains such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Strategy. Advice to CAT 2016 Aspirants
Dr D K Batra, suggests the CAT 2016 aspirants to crack the exam with high percentile and advises “When you get a basic grip of the exam pattern, start taking the mock tests to gauge your preparation status and analyse your scores while aiming at successive improvement by filtering out the lagging areas and topics. Make sure to handle the tests within the time limit as losing track of the same makes students panicky during the actual examination. Focus on turning your weaknesses into your strengths by staying motivated and learning from your mistakes.”
