6. FORE Admission Eligibility Criteria 2023
FORE Eligibility criteria for admission 2023 consist of following important points

  • Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years’ duration, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
  • The candidate should be registered for CAT 2022/XAT 2023 or GMAT (Taken between Jan 1, 2021 and January 31, 2023) and must score well to become eligible for admission.
  • A candidate appearing for the final year bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply for FORE Admission.
  • It is mandatory for a final year student, who is provisionally considered eligible by FORE School of Management and offered admission, to submit the mark-sheet and degree certificate of the final year bachelor's degree examination by the stipulated date.

  • Candidates can apply Online for admission 2023 at FORE School of Management.
  • For Application submission candidates need to pay through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking.
  • For all the four PGDM programmes, there is one common application form.

7.1 FORE Application Process for Admission 2023: Step by Step Process

  1. Register with your Name, Mobile Number and Email ID.
  2. Verify your email to get user id and password
  3. Fill the application form and after completion of all the necessary details Click on the “Make Payment” to process the payment else you may “Save and Exit” for payment at later stage. You may modify the form until you have not made the payment. Once payment is made the information cannot be altered. The payment can be made online using Debit/Credit Card (Visa/Master) and Net Banking. On successful online payment you will be able to download the payment receipt and the application form directly from your dashboard.
  4. Upload your passport size of photo, signature and all the necessary documents.

7.3 Important Points about Application Fee Payment

  • You need to pay the application fee either through net banking or credit/debit card.
  • Above Application Fee is applicable only if you are applying for multiple programmes at the same time through the common application form
  • In case, you apply for the other one or two programmes at a later stage, the full application fee for one or two programmes as mentioned above will apply
  • Candidates applying under Company Sponsored Category need to download the format from the website and submit the Company Sponsored Certificate in the given format within the stipulated timeframe.

9. FORE Admission 2023: Step by Step Process
The 5 stages of admission process of the two year full time PGDM Programmes at FORE School of Management are as follows:

  • Step-1: Submit Application to FORE

9.1 Step-1: Apply for FORE Admission 2023

  • The candidate should apply Online and complete the FORE Application Form
  • FORE School of Management has introduced Common Application form for all the PGDM programmes
  • In the Application Form, the candidate must provide educational qualifications, contact details, and at least one of the following IDs: ID for CAT-2022 OR ID for XAT-2023 OR ID for GMAT
  • More than one test IDs can be submitted
  • The applicant is required to fill the IDs of the test scores he/she wishes to submit
  • Submit the application form in time i.e. before the last date with requisite application fee.

9.2 Step-2: Appear in CAT 2022/XAT 2023/GMAT
You need to apply and appear in at least one of the following MBA entrance exams for PGDM admission 2023 at FORE School of Management

  • CAT 2022 on November 27, 2022
  • XAT 2023 on January 8, 2023
  • GMAT (The GMAT Score should be of a test taken between 1st January 2021 & 31st January 2023)

9.3 Step-3: Check Short-list on the basis of CAT/XAT/GMAT Score
FORE will shortlist the candidates for Personal Interview (PI) round from among the eligible candidates who have a valid entrance exam score and have applied to the programme of FORE School of Management. FORE shortlists the candidates on the basis of following parameters:

  • Considers aggregate scores and not sectional scores of the applicants in the acceptable entrance exams for shortlisting.
  • Short-list of the candidates to be announced in February 2023 for the final selection round based on their best available test scores in CAT/XAT/GMAT.
  • Applicants can submit more than one entrance test score. The B-school considers the best test score for shortlisting.

9.3.1 FORE Cut Off  for Admission 2023
Programme wise FORE Admission Cutoff will be based on aggregate percentile score although candidates should also score well across the sections of the entrance exam. The expected FORE cut offs are as under:

9.4 Step-4: Check your Call, Date and Venue for the "Final Selection Round"
FORE School of Management will release the shortlist for final selection round in February 2023, after declaration of CAT 2022 and XAT 2023 results.

  • You need to check the FORE School website, your registered mail, messages in your mobile to ascertain your call and to know the date, time and venue of your final selection round.
  • Final selection round of FORE consists of General and Business Awareness Quiz (BA-Q), Extempore and performance in Personal Interview (PI)
  • The Personal Interview process will be conducted in the months of February/March 2023 and will be common for all the PGDM Programmes at FORE.
