IMC Research Conference 2025: Showcase of the Best
To catalyze impactful research in the domain of business and management education, IMC Conclave partnered with XLRI Jamshedpur to organize the first IMC International Research Conference (IMC-IRC) on September 20–21, 2024. IMC-IRC 2024 was a success with participation from 150 authors. IMC-IRC 2025 will be held during the 15th IMC on September 25–26, 2025, at IIFT New Delhi.
Sharing the purpose of the research conference, Mr Amit Agnihotri, Founder & Chair, Indian Management Conclave said: “India has the world’s largest number of MBA programs, yet we lack a dedicated forum to present research on the core issues of management education: MBA curriculum, pedagogy, student learning, competency-gap and now the impact of AI. IMC International Research Conference (IMC IRC) fills this critical gap by bringing together the most promising research, guided by some of the country’s finest academic minds.” He further added, “We are confident that the work presented here will find its way into leading global journals and, more importantly, shape real-world impact by informing policy on business and management education.”
