15th IMC 2025, IIFT Delhi, Sept 25-26: IMC Research Conference to Showcase 50 Selected Papers, Led by 10 Track Chairs, on Impact of Artificial Intelligence on MBA Pedagogy, Learning

The 15th Indian Management Conclave (IMC 2025) is set to take place at IIFT New Delhi on September 25–26, bringing together policy makers, CXOs, and leading academic figures. A centerpiece of the conclave is the IMC International Research Conference (IMC-IRC 2025), where 50 curated research papers will be presented across five cutting-edge tracks, including artificial intelligence. The sessions will be led by 10 distinguished track chairs representing some of India’s finest research minds. This article introduces the track chairs, tracks, and papers to be presented at IMC-IRC 2025. The IMC IRC Best Research Paper Award 2025 will be conferred during the Valedictory Session of the 15th Indian Management Conclave.

IMC Research Conference 2025: Showcase of the Best
To catalyze impactful research in the domain of business and management education, IMC Conclave partnered with XLRI Jamshedpur to organize the first IMC International Research Conference (IMC-IRC) on September 20–21, 2024. IMC-IRC 2024 was a success with participation from 150 authors. IMC-IRC 2025 will be held during the 15th IMC on September 25–26, 2025, at IIFT New Delhi. 

Sharing the purpose of the research conference, Mr Amit Agnihotri, Founder & Chair, Indian Management Conclave said: “India has the world’s largest number of MBA programs, yet we lack a dedicated forum to present research on the core issues of management education: MBA curriculum, pedagogy, student learning, competency-gap and now the impact of AI. IMC International Research Conference (IMC IRC) fills this critical gap by bringing together the most promising research, guided by some of the country’s finest academic minds.” He further added, “We are confident that the work presented here will find its way into leading global journals and, more importantly, shape real-world impact by informing policy on business and management education.”

Emerging Trends in Management Education: Inquiry, Insight, Impact serves as the overarching theme of the IMC IRC Research Conference. After a careful analysis of recent developments, the following tracks were curated.

IMC IRC Best Research Paper Award 2025
The IMC IRC Best Research Paper Award 2025 will be presented at the IMC Valedictory Session on September 26, 2025. The award Jury Members include leading researchers and editors in the field of management education.
