An ideal bio for bankers - “To count all the cash in the world that isn't their's!” Yep, that's exactly how I would NOT describe myself. It is more than it meets the eye, although to some people it might be a boring 9-5 job, dealing with a constant queue of customers and their money. To me, it is an absolutely phenomenal and interactive process that needs tremendous organizational skills, only if you choose to see the brighter side!

My current role as Onboarding Manager in Lloyds Banking Group stretches from being responsible for maintaining relationship with a portfolio of SME clients, including the daily account opening process, ensuring all activities are compliant with internal and external policies including credit, asset quality, standards, reporting, legal, statutory and regulatory requirements, and identifying and reviewing where appropriate implementation of improvements are required to improve client experience.

I have worked in financial industry since the beginning of my career in 2011. It is funny how I have hated numbers and statistics all my life, but to eventually fall in love with what you do not love is a different ball game. One of the good things MBA has taught me is never to participate in the rat race and exhaust all the fuel at once.
