Mr Rajeev Jain

TAPMI Alumus Rajeev Jain is the Managing Director of Bajaj Finance Ltd. As the Chief Executive Officer of Bajaj Finance Limited, Rajeev has charted an ambitious growth path for the company. The company is now at an inflexion point and owes its exponential growth from a captive finance company to the most diversified non-bank in India. He has transformed the company from 2,500 crores AUM (Assets under management) to a 30,000+ crores AUM in a span of 8 years.


The cumulative experience at GE, American Express and AIG has helped him change the course of the company and put it on a high growth path. At American International Group, Rajeev was a Deputy CEO of its Consumer Finance business. At AIG, he was responsible for building the strategic framework for AIG to enter into the Consumer business, created a holding company and acquired two non-banking finance companies to establish a base for AIG in the Indian market. Before that, Rajeev was with American Express where he spent more than eight years.  Mr Sharad Agarwal

TAPMI Alumnus Mr. Sharad Agarwal (Class of 2001) is the Head of Lamborghini India. He has always strived for excellence and held senior positions in reputed organizations in the Automobile Industry. Mr Sundar Ramani

TAPMI Alumnus Mr. Sundar Ramani is Managing Director and Head of International Markets at HSBC Private Bank, based in Singapore. He rejoined HSBC to oversees business development in Australia, Europe, international Japan, the Middle East and offshore India. Previously, Sundar served as HSBC’s Market Head for Malaysia and before that as regional head for the South Asia team. Before returning to HSBC, Sundar was Global Head of JPMorgan’s Offshore India business, overseeing teams in London, Dubai and Singapore. Sundar began his banking career with Citibank in India and Hong Kong. Read more on LinkedIn


Mr D N Prasad

Mr D N Prasad, Founder, Noetic Step Singapore; Former Director, Google People Services, APAC

A Leadership Coach & Mentor, Mr D N Prasad is the founder of Noetic Step Singapore, an entrepreneurial venture, engaged in Executive Coaching and Talent Advisory Practice. Mr Prasad brings with him 20 years of global experience on talent management and leadership. Prior to launching his venture in 2018, Mr Prasad had served Google in key leadership roles from August 2006 to April 2018. As Director, Google People Services, APAC, he was regional Head and custodian of one of the three global hubs. His achievements included HTC acquisition, Australia and Singapore Immigrations transformation and advocacy, Workday Implementation, GPS Global Footprint. As Director and Global Head, Extended Workforce Solutions United States and Singapore, he took initiatives like Building the Function, Stabilizing service delivery, identifying and planning strategy to execute on a USD 200M savings for Google.


Winner of Google’s People Operations Awesomeness Awards, his achievements as Program Manager and Head People Technology and Operation include Google India Employment Brand and Google India People Operations programs. Prior to joining Google, he had also served Infosys from April 1999 to June 2006. A PGDM from TAPMI Manipal of 1999 batch, Mr Prasad did his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from Bangalore University in 1996 and is a Newfield Asia Foundation Program graduate in 2016. Mr Prasad serves on the Board of Management Studies for TAPMI, Manipal.


Priyanka Neog

TAPMI Alumni Priyanka Neogi is the VP- National Product and Programme Head Privy League at Kotak Mahindra Bank. After her PGDM at TAPMI, she was placed with e-serve intl (erstwhile citigroup) in Mumbai. She then moved on to work with Wealthfirst Advisors a startup by ex DSP Merrill Lynch team. For the last more than 15 years, she has been with Kotak in varied roles starting as a Relationship Manager for Priority Channel, then Investment counsellor for Mumbai Central and Suburb region, followed by Branch Manager – Chembur, Investment Product Manager – National level, Digital Banking (6yrs) and now heading the privy programme (mass affluent and priority customers). Read more on LinkedIn
