MBA HRM is a unique HRM program with a strong focus on business environment awareness so as to detect paradigm shifts and upgrade human competencies to meet that challenge. The PGDM (HR) strives to develop “People Management” competencies of future HR professionals through courses from Behavioural Discipline (Individual, Team and Leadership Competencies), HRM Discipline (Functional and Strategic HR Competencies) and Institutional Discipline (Employee Relations and Industrial Relations Competencies).

Eligibility: A Graduate Degree from a recognised university with not less than 50% marks (final year student may also apply. The admission will be cancelled if they obtain less than 50% in his/her graduation).
Stage-I: MBA Entrance Exams (Accepted): CAT 2021, XAT 2022 & GMAT (2017 to February 2022)
Stage II Shortlisting: shortlisting consisting of valid CAT/XAT/GMAT scores + work experience (If any) + academic profile.
Stage II Process: English Proficiency Test + Moderated Group Discussion + Personal Interview
Final Selection: Final selection of the candidate is based CAT/XAT/GMAT (Overall Percentile) + Verbal Ability Percentile + academic profile + work experience + EPT Score + MGD Score + PI Score
