Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur is a premier, private management institute in India. One of the oldest management institutes in India, XLRI was founded in 1949 by Fr Quinn Enright, S.J. in the ‘steel city’ of Jamshedpur. Over the last seven decades, XLRI business college Jamshedpur has grown into a top-ranking business management school of international repute with a wide portfolio of management programs and research publications. XLRI alumni are spread around the globe and have demonstrated responsible business leadership in their organizations. At present XLRI has two campuses. The flagship XLRI campus is located at Jamshedpur and the recently launched XLRI campus is located in Delhi NCR.
XLRI Jamshedpur is AACSB Accredited and a highly ranked B-school. In Govt of India NIRF Ranking 2024 XLRI is ranked # 9 among top 125 management institutes in the county. XLRI Jamshedpur has successfully completed 100% Placement 2024 for all 503 students of graduating 2022-24 class of PGDM (BM) and Two-year PGDM (HRM) programs. A total of 154 recruiters, included 65 new recruiters, participated in XLRI Placements 2024 making 519 domestic and 1 international offer. The average salary offered to the batch stood at INR 29.89 lakhs per annum. The highest domestic salary stood at INR 75 lakhs per annum from the BFSI sector. Accenture Strategy, Amazon, Boston Consulting Group, HCL, HUL, Ola, PwC, Reliance and Tata Steel made the highest number of offers at XLRI Placements 2024.
XLRI Jamshedpur offers 2 year full time residential PGDM-BM; PGDM-LSCM; PGDM-HRM; PGDM-GM; Doctoral FPM programme and other management programmes. XLRI Jamshedpur PGDM admission 2025 is through XAT 2025 exam score. Application process is open and the last date to apply is November 30, 2024

XLRI Admission application process is through XAT exam. You need to first complete the XAT registration and then fill and submit XAT application form with requisite fee. It is the common application form and you can also apply for XLRI admission with nominal fee to respective PGDM programme. XLRI admission process consists of Registration for XAT exam conducted by XLRI and submission of application for XLRI admission. There is a common application form to apply for XAT exam and for XLRI admission. Candidates will be shortlisted based on XAT exam score. It is mandatory to score well overall and section wise in XLRI XAT exam which will be a computer based test in single session across the country.
