PGDM (Rural Management)

The admission process followed by the Institute is as per the guidelines of AICTE. Interested applicants are required to follow the following steps:

1. Applicants must register themselves at the XISS admission application window by pressing the ‘Apply Now’ button and enter the necessary details. It will lead to the application form. 
2. For online registrations, the registration fee can be paid through online transactions using Credit / Debit / ATM cards / Online Banking, and the Application form fee is non-refundable.

The registration fee varies according to the number of specializations applied for:

1. Shortlisted candidate, who clear the cut-off w.r.t the above mentioned all India entrance test score, will be called for the Group Discussion and Personal interview (GD&PI) either on:

2. Face to Face basis (to be conducted at New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Ranchi) OR Conducted ONLINE (depending upon the prevailing COVID condition...)

3.Exact dates and Test score cut-off will be communicated later.

4.After the GDPI round, admission offers are made to successful candidates.

5.The final selection is based on a diverse set of attributes which include:

• Past academic record ( 20% weightage)
• Performance in entrance tests (40% weightage)
• Performance in Group Discussion (10% weightage)
• Performance in Personal Interview (30% weightage)
