IBA Bangalore hosts International Conference on Advances in Leadership & Management

Indus Business Academy (IBA) Bangalore, one of the leading Management Institutes in Bangalore conducted International Conference on Advances in Leadership & Management: Merging Eastern and Western Perspectives from September 4 to 6, 2017 at its campus.
The three day conference witnessed more than 30 presentations including paper presentations and workshops as well. As the theme suggests, the conference brought in thought provoking concepts on various leadership and management topics and techniques from both the east and the west. The speakers and other dignitaries caught the audience in awe and everyone including the students actively participated in the activities and learnt various perspectives on leadership qualities.

The Conference was organized by the joint efforts ofDr. Subhash Sharma, Director, IBA Bangalore andDr. Michael Zirkler, Professor, School of Applied Psychology, Zurich University. Eminent guests includedDr. K. B. Akhilesh, Professor, Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore;Prof. Isha Gamlath, University of Kelania, Sri Lanka;Prof. John Clammer, Professor of Development Sociology at the United Nations University, Tokyo; and several others from prominent universities across the world.
