Leadership Guru & Kimberly Clark Lever MD Prakash Iyer to address IMC 2013

Leadership Guru & Kimberly Clark Lever MD Prakash Iyer will share his insights on developing leadership qualities among budding mangers in B-schools at Indian Management Conclave (IMC) 2013 on August 2-3 in New Delhi.

With a corporate career spanning over 25 years, Prakash Iyer has worked with teams selling everything from soaps and colas, to watches, yellow pages and diapers. His previous experiences include CEO- Cards at Future Group, Managing Director at Infomedia India Limited, & Executive Director at Pepsico amongst others. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Mr Iyer is also a trained executive coach and author of bestsellers The Habit of Winning & The Secret of Leadership.

Mr Iyer will address the MBA Educators including Deans, Directors and Academic Heads from across B-schools in India at Indian Management Conclave 2013 on developing leadership qualities in management students. He will also share his deep insights on fast changing marketing world and expectations from the B-school graduates and academic leaderships at B-schools. The acclaimed author of leadership titles will also share his mantras on different leadership approach needed to cope with emerging challenges in different areas of management.

The keynote speakers at IMC 2013 include Mr Vineet Nayar, Vice Chairman, HCL & Dr SS Mantha, Chairman, AICTE. Based on the theme Enhancing value of MBA, IMC 2013 will bring forth the possible solutions to the management education crises like miss-match in demand & supply of MBA seats, policy conundrum, lack of employability of MBA graduates, and inadequate focus on core-product that have eroded credibility of the MBA education.

The 4th Indian Management Conclave to be held on August 2-3 in New Delhi will have two key components IMC Conference & IMC Awards.

IMC Conference 2013:
The 2-day IMC Conference, to be held on August 2 & 3, will consist of Keynotes by Management thought-leaders, Panel discussions, Case-study presentations by IMC Award Winners, and Workshops by partners like AACSB International, EFMD/EQUIS, Harvard Business Publishing amongst others.

The IMC 2013 will have Global thought leaders sharing their management insight with Indian MBA Educators. IMC Awards 2013:
Starting this year, IMC Awards will be presented to B-schools & Universities for their cutting edge case-studies/initiatives on IMC themes. The 1st IMC Awards 2013 will highlight ideas that some of the B-schools have adapted by changing landscape, updating their curriculum, placement efforts, and adding a lot more strength to their marketing plans. A selected set of 12 IMC Awards 2013 finalists will showcase their innovative ideas and unique initiatives at Indian Management Conclave (IMC) to be held on August 2-3, 2013 in New Delhi.

The eminent jury members for IMC Awards 2013 include Dr Debashis Chatterjee, Director, IIM Kozhikode; Dr. Devi Singh, Director, IIM Lucknow; Fr. E.
