CMAT 2023 Registration Last Date Extended to March 13; Check Key Dates, Fee, Step by Step Process

National Testing Agency (NTA), the CMAT 2023 exam conducting body has extended the Last Date of CMAT 2023 Registration by one week to March 13, 2023 from earlier March 6. If you have not yet completed your CMAT 2023 Registration, the CMAT 2023 Registrations Revised Schedule gives you the last chance to register and apply for CMAT 2023 before the deadline.

You can register and submit CMAT application form till 5 PM while CMAT registration fees of Rs.2000 can be paid online till 11.50 PM on March 13, 2023. The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is an important and one of the largest national level MBA entrance exams for MBA admission 2023 in 1000 MBA/PGDM colleges which offer AICTE approved management programmes. Around 70000 candidates register and apply for CMAT every year.

The CMAT 2023 will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) which conducts entrance exams for higher education. AICTE no longer conducts CMAT entrance exam. CMAT 2023 will be an  online computer based test of three hours duration as was last year. The CMAT 2023 exam will have 100 questions equally divided into 5 sections with 20 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in each section.

CMAT 2023 Registrations Revised Schedule
After the one week extension in CMAT 2023 registration and application dates, CMAT 2023 registration deadline is also extended. However, there is a difference between the time of submission of CMAT registration 2023 Last Date and the CMAT Application Form 2023 Last Date as the CMAT 2023 application form submission will be treated as successful only after making the payment of CMAT Application Form Fees 2023.

After the last date to fill CMAT form 2023 is over, NTA has allowed a grace period of few hours pay the CMAT 2023 application fee to finally submit the CMAT application form. CMAT 2023 Registration and application dates are:

CMAT Application Form Online Only
No other CMAT registration and application process exists now, except the CMAT online application form submission. Besides, CMAT exam registration and application form can be completed in one go or in different stages. You have to complete the CMAT exam application process online only as the CMAT offline application process has been discontinued.

For CMAT exam registration you should visit NTA-CMAT test website. The CMAT Exam registration and CMAT exam application form can be completed only after making payment of CMAT 2023 fee.

How to Fill CMAT 2023 Application Form Online
CMAT Application form filling procedure and CMAT online registration 2023 process is shared below. It may be noted that the candidates have to complete the CMAT online registration 2023 before proceeding for CMAT application step wise form filling procedure.

• Register online on the NTA-CMAT 2023 Test website with basic details.
• After completing the CMAT online registration 2023 and submitting the CMAT registration form, you will get the CMAT ID & Password. Login with it and proceed to complete the CMAT application form step wise.
• Upload your latest scanned color passport size photo at the time of CMAT online Registration 2023. (Your photograph should not be more than 3 months old).
• Candidate must provide Correct Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Email Address as these details cannot be changed once the CMAT registration is complete. All above information is required to complete the CMAT 2023 Online Registration and application form.
• No CMAT application form correction and change of test city requests will be entertained once candidates have completed their CMAT Online Test 2023 payment.
• Ensure that the information you have filled in the CMAT 2023 application form is accurate.

The Application Number printed on the computer generated Confirmation Page must be mentioned in all such correspondences. It is therefore essential to note down the application number printed on the Confirmation Page.

Pay CMAT Examination Fee by Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/Paytm/SBI

• The candidate has to select Net banking/Debit card/Credit card/HDFC Credit Card/ Paytm Services/through SBI option to pay the application fee till 11.50 PM on the last date to register.
• Follow the online instruction to complete the payment of fee.
• After successful payment, candidate will be able to print the Confirmation Page. In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of fee then the transaction is cancelled and the candidates have to approach the concerned bank for refund of amount. However the candidate has to make another payment/transaction, in case the Confirmation Page is not generated

CMAT Registration 2023: Step by Step Process
CMAT 2023 Registration process and CMAT 2023 Application form can be completed in following five steps:

1. Apply for CMAT 2023 Online Registration using your Email ID and Mobile Number before close of CMAT Registration date
2. Fill up the CMAT 2023 Application form Online and note down the system generated application number
3. Upload Scanned images of  Photo & Signature of prescribed size detailed below  in CMAT Form 2023
4. Pay the CMAT 2023 Registration & Application Fee using SBI/HDFC Bank/Paytm Payment Gateway through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI/Wallet and keep proof of fee paid

5 Steps to Complete your CMAT 2023 Registration & Application Form
Please follow the instructions for each step and proceed to complete your CMAT Registration 2023 and application form:

Step 1: Apply for CMAT 2023 Online Registration
As a new candidate you need to go for ‘New Candidate Registration’. This will open the CMAT registration form for new candidates. At this page, you should enter all the personal details, create password, and choose a security question and answer to complete the first step of CMAT registration form.

On completion of the form you will receive a message from NTA-CMAT 2023 informing you about your CMAT 2023 Application form number. You can use your application number and password to complete the next steps of application form and all other subsequent logins in future.

Step 2: Fill Up CMAT Application Form
After reviewing your CMAT registration form and finally submitting it, you are directed to the CMAT 2023 Application form. Follow the instructions carefully and fill up all the remaining personal details. You can also complete the CMAT Application Form later with your system generated Application Number and created Password.

You need to choose four test cities in order of preference to appear in CMAT 2023. Be careful while selecting the test cities from drop down menu.

Step 3: Upload Scanned Photo & Signature
Next step in the CMAT application process is to upload scanned Images of your Photograph and Signature of required size. Please note to upload the correct Photograph and Signature on this page of CMAT application form, as the facility for correction in images will not be given later. Also note the following:

• Scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG/JPEG format
• Size of scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb either in colour or black & white with 80% face (Without Mask) visible including ears against white background
• Size of scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb
• The photograph should be coloured or black/white but should have clear contrast
• PwD certificate (file size: 50kb to 300kb) in jpg/jpeg format.

Step 4: Pay CMAT Registration Fee
CMAT Registration & Application fee can be paid online through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/e-Challan. You have to select Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking option to pay the application fee and follow the online instruction to complete the payment of CMAT Application fee. CMAT Registration Fee 2023 includes the CMAT 2023 Application Fee and CMAT 2023 Exam fee.

Step 5: Download & Take Print of CMAT Application Form
After making successful payment of CMAT registration and exam fee, you can download and print the Confirmation Page. In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of fee, the CMAT fee payment transaction is cancelled then and the amount will be refunded to the candidate's account. Now the candidate has to make another transaction, in case the Confirmation Page is not generated.

Important Points for CMAT Registration 2023

• Review Each Page: Before finally submitting the CMAT registration and application pages, you should review and verify the details in each page. For example, before submitting the Online Registration Form of CMAT 2023, you must review all your personal details, address, date of birth, mobile number, email Id among others and confirm the action on the page before submission. If you wish to change any particulars, you can do it by clicking on ‘Edit Registration Form’ button.
• Click on I Agree: You have to click on the declaration that all the particulars that you have filled in the registration form are correct before final submission. 
• Option to Fill CMAT Application in One Go or Separately: All the Steps of CMAT Registration and application 2023 completion can be done together or at separate timings.
• Check for Successful Submission of CMAT Application: The submission of Application of a candidate could be considered as successful and his/her candidature would be confirmed only on the successful transaction/receipt of the prescribed application fee from him/her.   

Important Documents for CMAT Registration
Keep the following documents ready before starting the CMAT application process 2023:

• A Computer with good Internet connectivity so that there is no breakage of Internet during CMAT registration.
• All your qualification details as you need to enter them while registering for CMAT exam.
• You need to upload your scanned photo while registering, hence keep ready a scanned clear photo of yours taken on a white background. The size of this photo should be between 10KB and 200 KB.
• You need to upload your scanned signature while registering, hence keep ready your scanned clear signature done on a white background. The size of this signature file should be 4 KB and 30 KB.
• A Valid e-mail id which you will be using at least for the next 6 months. All communication will be done on this e-mail id which you will enter for CMAT exam Registration.
• A Valid mobile number as all information via SMS will be sent to this number.
• A valid Credit / Debit card in case you want to pay ONLINE.
• A Printer connected to your system as you will have to PRINT 3 copies of CHALLAN in case you are planning to pay by e-challan at the bank.
