NTA is yet to announce CMAT exam date, even though it had earlier said that “CMAT 2024 will be held in May 2024.” This delay in announcement of exam is expected to have a negative impact on CMAT registration numbers.
CMAT 2024 Registration Last Date Extended
Announcing the extension, NTA issued a public notice on its website on late evening of April 18. NTA notice said: “In continuation to the Public Notice dated 29 March 2024 regarding submission of online application form for Common Management Admission Test (CMAT)-2024, NTA has decided to extend the last date for submission of online application form for CMAT-2024, enabling the aspiring candidate(s) to apply for the said exam. How much will CMAT 2024 Numbers Increase?
Since 2021-22, while CAT exam registrations have gone up by 43% and XAT registration numbers have gone up by 69%, the CMAT registration numbers have increased marginally by only 5% which insignificant number.
