Known as ICFAI Business School (IBS), these ICFAI colleges offer 2 year full time MBA programmes as well as MBA for working professionals and executive MBA programmes. If you wish to explore an easy way of admission in one of these ICFAI B-schools it is better to appear in the easy to moderate IBSAT 2018 exam on December 22-23, 2018 and submit your application online latest by December 12.
Alternately, you can explore admission opportunity in ICFAI B-schools with comparatively difficult national level exam scores like CAT, NMAT by GMAC or GMAT. The last date to apply for admission to ICFAI B-schools with these exam scores is January 31, 2019.

Admission Through IBSAT 2018: Apply till December 12
ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (a deemed to be University) will conduct the IBS Aptitude Test (IBSAT) 2018 on December 22 & 23. IBSAT 2018 score will be accepted for admission to MBA 2019-21 batch in all the 9 campuses of ICFAI Business Schools (IBS).
IBSAT 2018 is an important online computer based MBA entrance test of 2 hours duration with moderate difficulty level to be conducted across India. The last date to register and apply for IBSAT 2018 is December 12, 2018.

IBSAT is a Computer Based Test (CBT) of moderate difficulty level. The exam tests the candidates ability in quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, analytical reasoning, vocabulary and comprehension. It is a comprehensive multiple choice question(MCQ) examination with a two hours duration. Major share in the examination is consumed by Vocabulary (English) and reading comprehension with more than 50 percent questions and rest is divided among the other four. IBSAT 2018 results will be announced on January 05, 2019 and based on their scores in IBSAT 2018, the qualified candidates will be called for briefing sessions, to be held in 40 cities across India in the month of February 2019.
After the briefing sessions, the candidates shall have to present themselves for next round of selection process comprising Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Apart from the foregoing, past academic record will also be taken into account before final selection.
Apart from ICFAI B-schools, there are also other MBA colleges who accept IBSAT exam score. The other universities and MBA colleges who also accept IBSAT score in MBA admission include Manav Rachna Faridabad, JKBS Gurgaon, GIBS Bangalore, VYASA Bangalore among others.
Admission through CAT/NMAT/GMAT
GMAT/CAT/NMAT by GMACscores from 2016 onwards are also accepted in place of IBSAT 2018 by IBS B-schools.
Candidates with high scores in any of the above exams may choose not to appear in IBSAT 2018 and can apply on the basis of these exam scores. However candidates should apply with their scores obtained in CAT 2016 to 2018, NMAT by GMAC 2016 to 2018, or GMAT scores 2016 to 2018 latest by January 31, 2019. It is a good opportunity to get a good B school for those who have scored well in CAT/NMAT/GMAT.
