IIFT 2022 Result Released: Download your score card from iift.nta.nic.in and check your admission chances in IIFT Delhi, Kolkata, Kakinada Campuses

IIFT 2022 exam result has been declared on February 1 2022 ending the long wait of IIFT aspirants after a delay of more than one and half month since the IIFT exam was conducted on December 5, 2022 by NTA. Around 40000 candidates appeared in the exam and were waiting for their result and score card. Earlier, IIFT Result 2022 was expected in December last week or January first week but was delayed. MBAUniverse.com had already predicted that IIFT 2022 result would be delayed as NTA conducted the IIFT exam in two parts – on Dec 5 and Dec 23, 2022.

NTA could not conduct IIFT exam in 7 Cities in the States of Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and West Bengal on December 5, 2021 due to Cyclone warnings. The exam was rescheduled and was later conducted on December 23, 2021. On account of the IIFT exam rescheduling, NTA could neither release the IIFT answer key in time nor could release the IIFT 2022 result.  The National Testing Agency (NTA) had clarified "Results will be hosted on the website of NTA. A score card of the candidate will also be hosted on the NTA website.”

How to download IIFT 2022 Scorecard?
The IIFT 2022 Score Card has been released on the official NTA IIFT website iift.nta.nic.in and iift.ac.in. IIFT Scorecard 2022 has to be downloaded by login with your exam roll number and Date of Birth.

The IIFT scorecard 2022 consists of scores and cut offs for all the 4 test sections. With the comparatively higher difficulty level, IIFT 2022 admission score cut offs for its three campuses  – Delhi, Kolkata and Kakinada are expected to remain low.

Download IIFT Score Card in Two Steps
IIFT Score Card has been released alongwith the IIFT result 2022. Candidates can view and download their score card from IIFT website in following 2 steps:

1. Open NTA IIFT website and Click on Download Score Card link given on the page
2. At the score card window that opens, Login with your Roll number and Date of Birth to download IIFT Score Card

IFT 2022 exam score card will contain three types of scores:

1. Maximum marks
2. Sectional cut offs
3. Marks obtained 

IIFT 2022 Cut off
The overall cut-off in IIFT entrance exam is more than the sum of all the sectional cut-offs. The expected section wise and overall IIFT cutoffs for IIFT shortlisting are shared as below:

Based on these, the IIFT cut offs category wise will also be displayed on IIFT website. IIFT 2022 Cut off is estimated to be around 122-124 marks. With the comparatively moderate difficulty level from previous exam, IIFT 2022 Delhi cut offs are expected to go higher than last year which were 100-115 marks.  Read more

IIFT Result: After Evaluation of Answer Key
Responses to IIFT Questions were processed based on the answer keys verified and finalised.

• No anomaly or discrepancy was found during key verification. However, had it been found, NTA would have addressed them in the following manner:
  i) If all options are found to be correct? Full marks to be awarded to all students, who have attempted the question.
  ii) If a question for any reason is found to be wrong or none of the options in the questions is correct, the benefit of marks will be given to only those candidates who attempted the question.
• On examining of the representations by the subject experts, if it is found that more than one option is correct, then marks are awarded to all those candidates who have attempted any one of the correct options.

How the Score is calculated in IIFT Result 2022?
The IIFT result 2022 of IIFT MBA (IB) Entrance Examination is declared after the release of IIFT Final Answer Keys.

• IIFT 2022 Result is processed on the basis of the verified answer keys
• Raw marks obtained by the candidates are converted to NTA score (percentile)
• NTA score of a candidate indicates the percentage of candidates that has scored EQUAL TO OR BELOW the raw marks secured by the candidate
• The NTA score is calculated in IIFT Result 2022 as follows: Total number of candidates who secured raw marks equal to or less than the candidate x 100/ Total number of candidates who appeared in the exam
• NTA score is not an aggregate or average of the NTA score of individual Section in IIFT 2022 Score Card.
• NTA score is not the same as percentage of marks obtained  IIFT 2022 Score Card
• Re-Evaluation/Re-Checking of IIFT result 2022 is not allowed
•  No correspondence in regard to IIFT 2022 result shall be entertained.

Shortlist after IIFT Merit List 2022 Declaration by NTA
National Testing Agency (NTA) shares the complete IIFT Merit list 2022 of the candidates who have scored positive marks in IIFT result 2022. After this, IIFT will display the complete list of shortlisted candidates for the second round of admission process of MBA(IB ) 2022-24 on IIFT website www.iift.edu Results. This IIFT Merit List 2022 will also be hosted on the website of NTA

IIFT Personal Interview Process: IIFT PI Round for final selection
Candidates shortlisted by IIFT will appear in second round of Admission. It includes following components:

i) Essay Writing,

ii) Group Discussion (GD)

iii) Personal Interview (PI)

Candidates should be ready with a clear understanding of various international and domestic policy and business developments like Brexit, International and National current affairs, Covid-19, China’s Galwan valley standoff, Abrogation of Article 370, impact of Government economic policies like GST, Demonetisation, Bank Recap etc.

IIFT Exam Pattern & IIFT Scoring Pattern
NTA conducted IIFT 2022 admission test in a single session as computer based exam. IIFT 2022 question paper was divided into 4 sections comprising questions on Verbal Ability; English Reading Comprehension; General Knowledge & Awareness; Logical Reasoning; Data Interpretation and Quantitative Analysis.
