IIM Lucknow inaugurated 14th Batch of its one year Full-time MBA program – the IPMX – on May 3, 2021. The IPMX batch 2021-22 has a class strength of 114 students from diverse Industry. IIM Lucknow inaugurated 14th Batch of its 1-year Full-time MBA program – the IPMX – on May 3, 2021. IIML’s IPMX batch 2021-22 has a class strength of 114 students from diverse Industry. In her inaugural address, Prof Archana Shukla, Director, IIM Lucknow stressed that the current batch, while starting in these trying times must prepare itself for adversity, but above everything else, try to be more humane and empathetic in life and as a leader.

Speaking on the occasion, IIML’s IPMX Founding batch alumni Mr. Pravin Borade, Associate Principal, eClerx and Keynote speaker Mr. Manish Gupta, Senior Director, Dell Technologies spoke candidly about their IIM Lucknow days and gave insightful tips on the skill sets that students must develop.
Other dignitaries who spoke on the occasion were Dean Program, Professor Arunabha Mukhopadhyay, Dean Noida Campus, Prof Kaushik Bandyopadhyay and Chairman IPMX Program, Prof Chandan Sharma.
IIML IPMX Batch 2021-22 Inaugural Session
Mudit, 38, Social Worker and Oil Industry Professional, who has secured admission to IIML IPMX program said, “I have been involved in Social Work for more than a decade now. In this period, I have had an opportunity to work closely with many noted social workers and activists which broadened my horizon in public policy. I have worked towards slum relocation, building technology enabled centers in villages to bring about transparency and accountability in policy implementation, getting admissions under RTE, teaching kids in slums, making short films to highlight pressing issues of people at the bottom of the socio-economic pyramid. I have done all this along with a full-time job. Social work and volunteering have left an indelible mark on me.”
Another IPMX 2021-22 participant Supriya Tripathi has 7 years of work experience across various roles in the IT industry in addition to being a passionate entrepreneur. An engineer by profession, she has run 2 startups - ‘Cake Symphony’ for designer cakes and ‘Get Gorgeous’ in the beauty and wellness industry. The primary challenge in her ventures was the ability to scale with profitability. To run a successful venture, knowing all paradigms of business management are important. Supriya’s short-term goal is to gain industry experience as a product manager, and ultimately, run a successful business of her own. She is delighted to be a part of IPMX14.
