13.2 Less Weightage to CAT 2022 Score
IIM Nagpur will use the CAT 2022 score to establish the minimum level of proficiency that is expected from the candidate in respective areas as indicated by section wise minimum scores in the CAT. While in the shortlisting process, CAT 2022 score is awarded 30% weight, in the final selection criteria, the weight for CAT exam score is only 15%.  Multiple criteria are used to arrive at a Final Score while making final admission offer. It is mandatory for the candidates who wish to pursue MBA from IIM Nagpur to have appeared in the CAT 2022 exam on November 27, 2022 and should have scored well. A balanced score in all the three sections of CAT 2022 and good academic profile remains the key to get admission in IIM Nagpur.

So, given the relatively short time in which the admission process of IIM Nagpur happens, the institute wants the interested candidates to reconfirm their interest.
