The exam analysis and expected cut offs for IIM Rohtak's first entrance exam - IPM Aptitude Test 2019 for admission to 5 years Integrated Programme in Management shared by Mr. Amitendra Kumar, Product Head, Career Launcher is as below:

IPMAT by IIM Rohtak is a computer-based test designed to test the analytical and reasoning abilities of the candidates. The paper was of two hours duration with no sectional time limit. Initially, IIM had announced about a sectional time limit of 40 minutes for each of the three section, however, the sample paper released a few days ago clearly mentioned that there will be no sectional time limit.

The exam comprised 120 questions from three broad sections viz. Quantitative Ability; Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability. Students were surprised to see the level of questions as it was just contrary to their expectation. The paper was easy with no questions from Higher Maths as they had thought because of IPM factor.

Each correct attempt would fetch 4 marks and each incorrect attempt would attract a penalty of 1 mark.

Shortlisted candidates based on their application form and aptitude test results will be called for Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).
