MAT Admit Card 2020 Released: Download Now from AIMA Website in 4 Steps; Verify Details, Follow Exam Day Instructions

AIMA has released the MAT Admit Card for paper based test on February 11, 2020. The download process for Admit card has started from 4 PM with your MAT login ID at AIMA MAT website. MAT admit card is the mandatory document that you must download, check, take print and keep it safe to appear successfully in MAT Exam on February 16.

Only those candidates who had registered and applied for MAT 2020 till February 10, 2020 can download the admit card from AIMA website. For others admit card will be released from Feb 13.

How to Download MAT Admit Card?
You can download MAT Admit Card from the official MAT website ‘MAT.AIMA.In’ in following 4 steps. Please note that separate MAT Hall ticket for paper based and computer based MAT exam is released by AIMA

• Login to AIMA website, click on Downloads and click on Admit card Link
• Enter the MAT Registration number in the column for Registration number
• Enter your Date of Birth as you entered in MAT application form
• Click on Submit and your MAT Admit card Download is complete

Activity After Download

• Check your details in MAT Admit Card after download
• Take clear Print of Admit Card on A4 size paper
• The Admit Card hard copy has to be carried to MAT exam centre on MAT Test date.
• Along with the Print Copy of the MAT 2020 Admit card, carry your original photo ID to the exam centre

Important Details to Verify in the Admit card
You should check your following entry details in the admit card to confirm your candidature:

• Name: Your name as entered in the MAT registration form
• Application form Number: The Application form number is your registration number also to login the AIMA website to view the MAT exam admit card and score card in future.
• MAT Exam Roll number: AIMA has allotted the roll number to each test taker. Please note it down and save it somewhere.
• Date & Time of test: Date of your MAT 2020 February exam and the time slot is mentioned on your admit card.
• Test Venue & Address: Name & Address of MAT exam centre is mentioned on the MAT Admit card. 

Who can Download MAT Admit Card?
All provisionally registered candidates who have successfully registered and applied for MAT and have successfully made payment of MAT exam fee can download their Admit Card from AIMA website link till the MAT exam day. 

Instances when Your MAT Admit Card is not Available for Download…
There could be a few reasons apart from technical glitches due to which you may not be able to download your admit card:

• If your MAT registration fee payment was not successfully made
• If you did not submit your MAT application form successfully
• If you applied for CBT MAT but is trying to download PBT MAT admit card
• If your browser is not supporting the download process and gets stuck

How to Solve the Problems in MAT Admit card Download & Errors in Details?
If you have successfully submitted the MAT application form and made payment but the MAT admit card is not available for download, please immediately contact AIMA on phone or mail. Your MAT admit card will be uploaded for download.

Please note if you find any discrepancies, regarding your particulars in the admit card, you can e-mail to [email protected] at least 2 days prior to the Written Test.

Only those candidates who have completed their MAT 2020 exam registration till the last date to submit the application can view and download their MAT exam admit card from February 11, 2020 for PBT MAT exam. The MAT CBT exam admit card is not available now as the exam was over on February 2

• MAT exam admit card is the mandatory document which you will have to carry with you to the MAT exam centre.

• In case of any difference in your personal details or mismatch in the entry details in MAT admit card and in your other documents, your MBA admission may be cancelled

AIMA has stopped dispatching the MAT Admit card by post or on candidate’s mail ID. Therefore, you have to download the MAT 2019 May Admit Card from the AIMA website

Important MAT Exam Day Instructions in Admit Card
You should read and comply with following key instructions on MAT Admit Card:

• The Gate of Examination centre shall close 30 minutes before the commencement of examination. After the gate is closed entry shall not be allowed under any circumstances.
• Bring the Admit card along with one of the valid Original photo ID proof for verification, such as (i) Voter ID Card, (ii) PAN Card, (iii) Driving License, (iv) Photo ID issued by any government organization or recognized educational institution, (v) Passport (vi) Aadhaar Card, etc. to the test centre. Candidates without valid Original photo ID proof will not be permitted to write the test.
• You must bring with you Ball Point Pen (black/blue) for writing the test for PBT exam.
• Items listed below are strictly NOT allowed inside the examination centre campus: Mobile Phone, Bag, Handbag, Water Bottle, Papers, notes, books, calculator, electronic gadgets, correction marker, white fluid, etc. Any candidate found using or to be in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means is liable to be summarily disqualified.
• After the test is over, you have to hand over both the question booklet and the answer sheet to the invigilator for paper based test. DO NOT carry the question booklet or any part thereof outside the examination hall. Doing so is a punishable offence.
• No candidate will be allowed to leave the test room before the end of test.
• Request for change of test centre/city will not be entertained.
