PGDM at XIME Bengaluru is AICTE approved 2 years full time residential programme. The programme enables the students to gain knowledge regarding building soft skills. The program is more industry-oriented and the XIME students are preferred by the recruiting companies which make high placement offers year after year to XIME students. The PGDM at XIME Bengaluru is AICTE approved and NBA Accredited. It is fully residential with state-of-the-art classrooms, a well-stocked library, Wi-Fi enabled campus, gym, sports facilities. All three XIME campuses at Bengaluru, Kochi and Chennai follow a common curriculum, pedagogy and a centralized placement process. The PGDM curriculum insists on extensive usage of Harvard Business School cases for all courses.

XIME Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is 2 years full time AICTE approved programme which is rated MBA equivalent as per Association of Indian Universities (AIU). XIME PGDM Curriculum is reviewed and updated at regular intervals in consultation with industry leaders, alumni, students, and faculty.
XIME curriculum includes some of the best aspects of management studies from across the world and ensures not only a broad business perspective but also a depth of knowledge. The PGDM curriculum offers a unique approach with credits for subjects that require a more practical and hands-on approach. For example: subjects like Contemporary Business Environment, CSR and Environmental Sustainability in Business, Entrepreneurship etc. XIME applies Case method using Harvard Business School case studies and offers Opportunities to take part in XIME’s Exchange Programme with Institutes across the world.
The ‘Learning Circle’ course at XIME helps induct new students to the field of management. It enables global outlook and promotes a spirit of entrepreneurship, inculcates human values and societal orientation, develops soft skills, leadership skills, written and oral communication skills. The programme gives exposure to a foreign language (French / German / Spanish). The programme also offers exposure to the live projects (optional) and ‘On-the-job’ training through a two-month industry internship.
XIME PGDM Programme is based on Trimester system and the Course coverage in the First year covers Foundation courses in management and in second year it covers Electives, core courses, environmental and integrative courses. After the first year students have to go for SIP - Summer Internship Programme aimed at providing industrial experience to students. XIME also offers SUPA, Socially Useful and Productive Activity, which is a mandatory social internship to help students understand management issues of NGOs, Small Industries & Local Bodies which provide opportunities for appreciation of social issues. The summer internship programme (SIP) is an integral part of the course curriculum. Students can also work on live projects along with their academic activities. In its PGDM programme, XIME offers specializations in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations & IT and Analytics.

XIME Bengaluru admits students with a proven calibre to perform. Admission process to the PGDM programme is facilitated through a rigorous selection process which requires highly competitive entrance exam scores, performances in GD-PI and other criteria. Following steps are included in the XIME Admission process:
Step 1: Must have appeared in one of the eligible entrance tests scores of which are accepted by XIME Bangalore. Acceptable exam scores for admission 2025 are XAT 2025, CAT 2024, CMAT 2025, MAT - September 2024, December 2024, February 2025 & May 2025; ATMA – Feb 2025, May 2025, June & July 2025; GMAT - 2023, 2024 & 2025
Step 2: The candidate should apply to XIME Bangalore online before the deadline. The application fee of Rs.1750/- should also be paid online.
Step 3: Complete and submit the XIME Bangalore application form by the last date
Step 4: Candidates are short-listed for Group Discussion & Personal Interview (PI) round from among the eligible candidates who have a valid entrance exam score and have applied to the programme of XIME Bangalore.
Step 5: After the GD-PI round, admission offers are made by XIME to successful candidates. The final selection is based on a diverse set of attributes which includes performance in entrance exam, performance in GD-PI round, academics, Work Experience among others
Step 6: Final Admission Offer will be made to the candidates on the basis of Final Score arrived after awarding the weightage scores on all the components.
