She is XIME Bangalore Director (Off) and is Professor & Area Chair (HRM & OB) An MBA and PhD, Dr James has been trained in pedagogy from IIM-Ahmedabad. She is affiliated as a member Board of Studies, Bangalore University. Her expertise, teaching and research interests are in the areas of Human resource management, Positive psychology, Organisational behaviour and Business communication.
