Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore has successfully completed 100% Final Placement 2024 for its largest outgoing batch in the institute's 27 years history with 594 students from the two-year Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) received offers from 150+ recruiters. In line with the challenges posed due to unfavourable macroeconomic conditions, IIM Indore Placement 2024 show a dip in salary figures. About 50% of total placements were from Consulting sector (25%), and Management & HR function (25%).

IIM Indore Placements 2024 see Average Salary Drop
In line with the macro slowdown, IIM Indore Placement 2024 show a significant dip in salary figures. While the Average Salary 2023 was Rs 30.21 LPA, the Average Salary 2024 dipped to Rs 25.68 LPA. The highest salary offered during the placements 2024 was Rs 1 crore per annum.

At IIM Indore Placements 2024, Consulting sector made 25% of the total offers, highlighting premier recruiters including A.T. IIM Indore Placements 2024: 19% Placement in Sales & Marketing
Recruitments in the Sales & Marketing function shaped 19% of the overall offers, witnessing participation from prominent recruiters like Lodha, Mondelez International, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Reckitt, Samsung, Suta, TATA Consumer Products, TATA Steel, Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd, Asian Paints, AstraZeneca, Bajaj Auto, Bajaj Consumer Care, Unilever Limited, InfoEdge, and ITC Limited.

Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore has successfully completed 100% final placement 2023 for its large batch of 568 participating students from the 2 Year flagship Post Graduate Program (PGP) 2021-23 and 5-year Integrated Program in Management (IPM) 2018-23 program. Despite the challenges posed due to unfavourable macroeconomic conditions, IIM Indore placement season 2023 witnessed an overwhelming success, with over 160 recruiters rolling out offers to 568 students from the two-year Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and five year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM).

In a first, IIM Indore student has registered the highest domestic package offered at Rs. 1.14 crores per annum, witnessing an exponential rise of 132.6% from the previous year. The average compensation offered too, this year has registered 20.8% increase and has gone up at Rs.30.21 LPA in placement 2023 from Rs.25.01 LPA last year. The median compensation has also gone up by 12.9% at Rs.27.20 LPA as compared to Rs.24.09 LPA last year.
