• IIM Lucknow PGP SM  Eligibility criteria require that the candidate must hold a bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration after class 12, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. 
• After completion of graduation, the candidate must have at least two years professional experience. 
• The candidates who are shortlisted for final admission process would be required to submit a Statement of Purpose, the form for which will be made available.
• The candidate should appear in CAT exam and must score minimum prescribed sectional and overall score to be considered for shortlisting. 
   

Admission Process for Candidates for PGP SM at IIM Lucknow is through CAT. The admission of the candidates for admission to the MBA SM at IIM Lucknow is a two-step process:

In the first step, candidates are short-listed for Personal Interview (PI) round from among the candidates who have a valid CAT score, who have applied to the programme and who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the programme. Detailed Admission process is as below:

• The candidate must have appeared and scored the minimum required percentile in CAT. Candidates are short-listed for PI round which is conducted in many cities  
• Candidates are shortlisted from among the candidates who have a valid CAT score, who have applied to the programme and who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the programme   
• After the PI round, IIM Lucknow will award weightages to various parameters and admission offers are made by IIM Lucknow to successful candidates. 
• The final selection is based on a diverse set of attributes which includes performance in CAT, performance in PI round, academics, diversity, work experience among others

• For IIM Lucknow PGP SM admission, the applicant should Register and apply for CAT exam by paying the requisite application fee for the exam. 
• On the page 4 of CAT application form, you need to select IIM Lucknow PGP-SM and other programs and select the interview city. 
• Your application for IIM Lucknow admission is submitted. 
• You do not need to apply and pay separately for IIM Lucknow Admission.
• After declaration of CAT exam result, you can check at IIM Lucknow website whether you are shortlisted by entering your CAT registration ID and password
   

• All the shortlisted candidates are eligible to participate in Final selection round for admission to IIM Lucknow
• For the candidates who have appeared in PI-WAT round, a composite score for final selection will be derived using the parameters and the corresponding weights as given below. This composite score will be used for preparation of category-wise merit list for final selection.
