Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM) Madurai PGDM is the 2 years full time AICTE approved Post Graduate Diploma (PGDM) and is the flagship programme of  TSM.  

TSM PGDM Programme prepares young men and women for rewarding career in any walk of economic or social activity that calls for application of management and/or information technology tools and inputs. TSM seeks to develop young men and women into technically proficient, managerially competent, ethically sensitive and socially responsible professionals.

TSM Madurai 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Management is divided into 6 trimesters, with a three months summer internship at the end of the first year. TSM Madurai constantly reviews the design, content and delivery of various courses for their continued relevance and need for updating in the context of changing business environment and management practices. There is a growing emphasis on project work and case studies as part of the regular courses at the Institute.

TSM PGDM Curriculum by Trimester
The Trimester 1 to Trimester 3 cover courses on Organizational Behaviour, Managerial Economics, Data Analysis for Management, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Marketing Management, Managerial Communication, Economic Policies for Managers, Managerial Cost Accounting, Operations Management, Corporate Finance, Business, Government and Society, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Decision Making with Optimization Techniques, Business Research Methodology, Data Analysis Using R and Python, Ethics and Governance, Comprehensive Viva-Voce, Rural and Development Immersion Programme.

From Trimester IV to VI candidates also focus on specialization courses which include Finance, Marketing, OB/HR, Operations, General Management and Systems.
