BITSoM MBA Admissions are based on a comprehensive evaluation of standardised test scores (CAT, or GMAT, or GRE), academic records, extracurricular and co-curricular achievements, demonstrated leadership potential, and strong communication skills. BITSoM emphasizes on building a diverse class across gender, academic backgrounds, work experience, and interests. Work experience is not mandatory for BITSoM admissions, and applications from fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals are invited.

BITS School of Management (BITSoM) has announced admissions open for its two-year residential MBA, commencing June 2026. This will be the sixth cohort of the flagship MBA programme. BITSoM has increased its 2026 intake from 160 to 240 seats for the upcoming academic year.

BITSoM Mumbai MBA Admissions Process
Admissions are based on a comprehensive evaluation of standardised test scores (CAT, GMAT, or GRE – any one is required), academic records, extracurricular and co-curricular achievements, demonstrated leadership potential, and strong communication skills. The school emphasises on building a diverse class across gender, academic backgrounds, work experience, and interests.
Work experience is not mandatory and BITSoM encourages applications from fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals. Applicants must hold a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline from an accredited Indian institution or international university or be in their final year of study.
