Prof. (Dr.) C. Babu is the Director of Durgadevi Saraf Institute of Management Studies (DSIMS), Mumbai. He is an MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University and has completed his PhD in Management from Faculty of Management Studies, Gurukul Kangri University, Uttaranchal. Prior to joining DSIMS, Prof. (Dr.) C. Babu was the Director-in-charge at Chetana Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.
In the past, Prof. (Dr.) C. Babu has been associated with Management Institutes – YMT College of Management, Navi Mumbai, as Director and ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai, as Assistant Director. He has also held positions of Academic Head, at the Lalita Devi Institute of Management and Sciences, New Delhi Affiliated to Guru Govind University and as the Dean of School of Management and Media Studies (SAMS), Dehradun, Uttaranchal. Prof. (Dr.) C. Babu has conceptualized, designed and conducted unique training programs for senior executives as a part of his Directorial initiative.
Prof. (Dr.) C. Babu’s area of teaching and research include Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior and Business Strategy. He has written 40 academic cases and published several articles in the areas of Marketing, Corporate Governance and Leadership Development.

She also has a degree from Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), USA. She is a member of the prestigious Institute of Management Accountants, USA.
Dr. Vichore is an avid researcher and widely respected for research papers in International & National Conferences. She is a Ph.D. guide at University of Mumbai in the area of Finance. She exemplifies the pursuit of academic excellence and quality research. A new-age thought leader. Dr. Vichore uses 21+ years of Industry and Academic experience to focus on leaders of tomorrow, especially in modern VUCA world. She has addressed issues of contemporary importance at various International Universities and Forums.
She was invited by Kauffman Foundation, Kansas, USA to address entrepreneurs on “Scaling Up of Business”. She has spoken extensively on specialized topics like Strategic Cost Management, Self-Management and Happiness in the Workplace. In recognition of her contribution to the field of Management, Dr. Sarita Vichore was given Best Professor award in the area of Financial Management by BSE and Higher Education Forum in 2019.
