The eligibility criteria for IIMB DBE program is as follows: 
a) 10th Class or Equivalent: Pass certificate of any recognized class 10 Board
b) 12th Class or Equivalent: 

• A minimum of 60% marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in recognized board exams for general category & NC-OBC & EWS category candidates
• 55% marks or equivalent CGPA for SC, ST & PwD (>= 40% disability) candidates

IIMB DBE registration 2026 is an online process on IIM Bangalore website. The IIMB DBE application form 2026 will be available the official website of IIM Bangalore (https://dbe.iimb.ac.in/). IIMB BBA DBE application process can be completed online by taking following steps: 

• Create a New Account by filling out the IIMB DBE exam registration form with personal details like name, date of birth, gender, email ID and phone number, etc.
• Upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
• Complete IIMB DBE application form with required details such as category, test centres etc.
• Pay application fee of Rs 3000 online 

For Admission 2025, the IIMB BBA (DBE) programme selections were made entirely based on the performance of candidates in the IIMB DBE Entrance Test. Candidates who scored 20% or more on General Awareness were shortlisted for further processing. 

The combined score obtained in the three sections (Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation, Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, and Logical and Analytical Reasoning) without sectional cut-off marks was computed. Candidates with 50% or more combined scores were offered admission under the general merit category. Furthermore, candidates from the NC-OBC and EWS categories who scored 45% or more and from the SC, ST, and PWD categories who scored 40% or more were offered admissions. 

IIM Bangalore has not revealed Admission 2026 cut offs and has informed that “These matrices are used for last year’s admissions/ selection process and are subject to changes for the following batch selection at the Institute’s discretion.”

Section A: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (17 Questions, 20 Marks)
