IIM Kozhikode One Year MBA PGP-BL Placement 2022 for the second batch witnessed yet again 100% Placement with 20% hike in average salary and 50% rise in highest salary over first batch placements. The Post Graduate Programme in Business Leadership (PGP-BL) is the one year residential MBA program, offered by the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. The second batch of PGP-BL comprised of a diverse cohort of participants with pre-MBA work experience in varied sectors such as manufacturing, technology, automotive, energy, retail, finance, healthcare, legal services and family business.
The average salary secured by the students stood at INR 29 LPA, an increase of 20.1% over last year, while the median salary secured by the students is INR 25 LPA, an increase of 22.2% over last year. The highest salary offer recorded is for INR 69.3 LPA while the average salary secured by woman participants stood at INR 30.41 LPA. The program attracted the participation of 52 companies which made 62 offers, including 1 international offer, to the 53 participating students.

General Management and Operations: 25% Offers

Around 22% of the offers were from the Information Technology & Analytics domain. Top Recruiters included Publicis Sapient, Searce, Gramener, Reliance Jio, HashedIn, Quantiphi, Visualise AI among others
