Rajagiri Business School Kochi (RBS) offers a structured admission process for its PGDM program, ensuring a rigorous selection of candidates. The process begins with candidates applying and appearing for an accepted MBA entrance exam such as CAT, GMAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or Kerala KMAT. Once candidates meet the eligibility criteria of having a graduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks, they can apply separately for admission. Shortlisting is based on predefined parameters, and selected candidates proceed to the Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and Skills Test (ST) or Business Awareness Test (BAT). The final selection is determined by entrance exam scores, GD-PI-ST/BAT performance, work experience, and academic history.

The selection process takes place in two phases, with Phase 1 considering CAT 2024 and MAT (Dec 2024, Feb 2025) scores, while Phase 2 includes CMAT (Jan 2025), KMAT 2025, MAT (Dec 2024, Feb 2025), and XAT 2025 scores. Candidates may attend GD-PI-ST/BAT in either phase but only once per admission cycle. The holistic selection approach ensures a comprehensive evaluation of candidates beyond entrance exam performance.

Aspiring students can apply online through the official RBS website or visit the admission help desk in Kochi. The application fee of Rs. 1000 is payable through online banking, credit card, or debit card and is non-refundable. Meeting the eligibility and application requirements is essential for consideration in the admission process.

The final selection is based on a well-rounded evaluation of candidates, considering their entrance exam performance, prior academics, and GD-PI-ST/BAT scores. This structured approach ensures that only the most capable candidates secure admission, maintaining RBS’s high academic standards.
