Dr. Radhika Shrivastava is President & CEO of the Fortune Institute of International Business (FIIB), New Delhi. With over two decades of experience across consulting, international development, and academia, she brings a dual perspective of academic rigor and real-world practice to her leadership.+
An engineer from Tufts University, an MBA from IIM Bangalore, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Henley Business School (UK), Dr. Shrivastava has previously worked with Deloitte Consulting and the International Finance Corporation. Her research focuses on talent management and the human–AI interface in management education and practice. She is Executive Editor of the FIIB Business Review, an ABDC-listed journal, and editor of the Emerald volume Humanizing Business for a Better World of Work (2023).

Under Dr. Shrivastava’s leadership, FIIB has advanced gender-balanced leadership, sustainability, and digital transformation, while expanding its international collaborations and research ecosystem. She is a frequent speaker at forums, including the Economic Times InspirED Summit, QS India Summit, and FICCI Higher Education Roundtables.
Dr. Anil Sinha is the Director of FIIB New Delhi. Dr Anil Kumar Sinha has been the Director and Senior Professor (Finance & Economics) at FIIB since 2012. He has been a leader in management education for more than 2 decades serving as Director of many PGDM colleges in Delhi-NCR. He has edited several books and published research articles.
Dr. Kokil Jain is the Dean, Research & Outreach of FIIB New Delhi. Having a Doctorate degree with over 20 years of experience in teaching and research, her work has been published in top-ranked Journals. These journal of repute include Journal of Business Research, Journal of Product and Brand Management, Journal of Consumer Marketing, Australasian Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Global Information Management, and Online Information Review.
