SOIL Institute of Management one-year full time PGPM in Business Leadership is its flagship post graduate program.  This program requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience for a student to apply.  The program provides a solid grounding in analytics, marketing, finance and HR with world class faculty, curriculum co-created with industry and a transformational leadership pedagogy involving applied learning, action-oriented collaboration, and experiential learning through yoga, theatre and outbound trips to the Himalayas and rural India.  With a Learning Curriculum Design based on multiple intelligences, this program will provide you the tools to transform your leadership journey from an individual contributor to a manager and a leader.  

SOIL PGPM Program curriculum is designed to prepare ‘mangers of future’ who can solve cross-functional and multidimensional problems of the corporate world. SOIL unique curriculum integrates management disciplines with liberal Arts and Design thinking. SOIL curriculum includes case studies and simulation as well as experiential learning modules. The curriculum focuses not just on “knowing” or “doing”, but more on “being”. Learning outside the classroom through leadership events, clubs, competitions, rituals, celebrations, is given equal importance. The evaluation system is more a learning and developmental tool. The curriculum and pedagogy is as per emerging trends and requirements of industry & global landscape with the flexibility to quickly redesign it to respond to these needs to improve the employability skills. 

SOIL PGPM Admission Process step by step process is as below:
Step 1 - Candidates should submit an online application by paying the application fee of Rs.2000. 
Step 2 – Check GEPI Shortilisting
Step 3 – Participate in GEPI Round comprising SOIL Talent Appreciation Test, Leadership Exercise, Life Map Exercise, Personal Interview Round
Step 4 – Check Result Declaration (Admissions Offers)
Step 5 – Acceptance of Offer & Enrolment

SOIL PGPM Application Process is detailed below:

Fill the SOIL Online Application form.
Create an account by filling in the details. You will receive a unique account ID and password. Using it re-login into your account and complete the registration process. 
Enter all the details; academic, personal, work experience related.
Enter the CAT/XAT/GMAT registration details and upload the score card (if applicable) Or appear in SOIL Entrance Test (SET)
Upload scanned photograph. 
SOIL PGPM application fee is INR 2000. Pay the application fee online. 
Submit the application form with application fee of Rs.2000/- 
Print the application form and acknowledgment slip for future correspondence
