SOIL PGPM HR Admission step by step process is as below:
•SOIL has 3 application rounds but would encourage all students to apply early as space in the class may be limited by the third round 
•SOIL evaluates the candidate’s overall profile looking to Academic ability, test scores, extra curricular activities and results from the personal interview.  
•Complete SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT) conducted on GEPI Day
•SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT) is a 105-minute assessment that helps SOIL understand your leadership potential and strengths of your personality. 
•The STAT takes into account four personality traits that contribute to the making of a great leader. These attributes are Leadership Potential, Reasoning and Ideation, Networking Potential, Self Leadership Potential
 

SOIL PGPM HRM Application Process is detailed below:

Fill the SOIL Online Application form.
Create an account by filling in the details. You will receive a unique account ID and password. Using it re-login into your account and complete the registration process. 
Enter all the details; academic, personal, work experience related.
Enter the CAT/XAT/GMAT registration details and upload the score card (if applicable) Or appear in SOIL Entrance Test (SET)
Upload scanned photograph. 
SOIL PGPM application fee is INR 2000. Pay the application fee online. 
Submit the application form with application fee of Rs.2000/- 
Print the application form and acknowledgment slip for future correspondence
