All candidates applying to the institute and meeting the ‘Eligibility Criteria’ will be considered for the admission process. Candidates must have taken any one of the applicable entrance exams, i.e., CAT, GMAT, XAT, NMAT, CMAT, MAT, SNAP (last 2 years valid).
Candidates will be shortlisted for the I-EVOLVE Metric Assessment and GE/PI round based on the shortlisting criteria. After clearing the shortlist, candidates will undergo the GE and PI. The Group Exercise (GE) evaluates candidates' ability to collaborate and present ideas, while the Personal Interview (PI) assesses candidates' technical knowledge and behavioural competency.
Sparsh Global Business School follows a holistic selection process when selecting students. Therefore, the final selection will be based on the total marks achieved by the candidate, considering the following parameters with varying weightages (for a total of 200 total points):
- Competitive score 70
- EVOLVE + PI/GE 90
- Academic records 20
- Sports/Extra Curricular 20
