Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar, popularly known as XIMB, is the flagship B-school of XIM University, and its MBA in Business Management (MBA-BM) is accredited by NBA. The XIMB campus is the 20-acre Old Campus of XIM University on Nandan Kanan Road at Xavier Square, Bhubaneswar, where MBA-BM students live and attend classes. It is 7 km from the Bhubaneswar railway station and 10 km from the airport. The Wi-Fi-enabled campus has an 850-seat auditorium, a Bloomberg Lab, five computer labs, a Management Development Centre and single-occupancy hostels. XIMB Campus and Location
XIMB occupies the Old Campus of XIM University at Xavier Square, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751013. Executive MBA-BM participants are also accommodated and taught here. Other schools of the university, which run programmes such as MBA-HRM and MBA-RM, are at the 55-acre New Campus in Harirajpur, about 22 km away.

The XIMB campus houses faculty residences, an office complex, a library and computer complex, a classroom complex, an auditorium complex, student residences, the Management Development Centre and Studio Apartments.

XIMB Classrooms and Academic Facilities
XIMB infrastructure for teaching includes air-conditioned lecture halls, seminar rooms, syndicate rooms, a multimedia hall, computer labs and executive classrooms. Classrooms are equipped with audio-visual systems, tablet PCs, computers with large monitors, LCD projectors and network connections.

XIMB Library
The XIMB library is part of the XIM University library system, which offers 81,389 books, more than 28,000 e-books and 20,040 electronic journals across both campuses. Students can use 29 databases, including EBSCO Business Source Complete, ABI Inform, JSTOR, Emerald, ScienceDirect, CMIE, ISI Emerging Markets, Statista, Euromonitor and Indiastat. All digital resources can be accessed off campus through RemoteXS.

XIMB Labs and IT
The XIMB Bloomberg Lab offers real-time financial data and analytics for coursework and research, and XIM University describes it as the first of its kind in eastern India. It was inaugurated by Shri Ashok K.K. Meena, IAS, Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Odisha.

The Old Campus has five computer labs and a 2,000 Mbps (1:1) leased line, with Wi-Fi and LAN in classrooms, the library and hostels. Students can use SAP through the SAP University Alliance Program, Microsoft software under a campus licence, and tools such as IBM SPSS, Stata, EViews and NVivo.

XIMB Auditorium and Seminar Spaces
The XIMB auditorium is an air-conditioned hall that seats 850 people. It hosts conferences, seminars, guest lectures, national and international business summits, and cultural events. The Management Development Centre has four training halls, three suites and 34 twin-sharing air-conditioned rooms with its own mess.

XIMB Hostel Facilities
XIMB hostel stay is compulsory for MBA-BM students, and the Old Campus provides single-occupancy rooms. Women students live in the Studio Apartments, which have 96 air-conditioned single rooms, and in Mother Teresa Residence and Russi Modi Residence. Men students live in CENDERET Residence, Fr Bogaert Residence and the Student Residence (New Hostel), which have AC and non-AC rooms.

• In every residence: 24-hour Wi-Fi, laser printing and photocopying, washing machines, water coolers, geysers, televisions, and indoor games such as carrom, pool and table tennis.
• Food: the mess is run by a students' committee and serves vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals; the X-Cafe serves fast food late into the night.
• Power and safety: generators in every residence complex, and CCTV in the academic, library and administrative buildings and in the residences.
• Families: five family quarters in the Studio Apartments for Executive MBA-BM and Ph.D students.
• Room rent for the 2026 intake ranges from Rs 60,000 to Rs 1,40,000 a year, plus a residence administration fee and board.

XIMB Sports, Medical and Other Facilities
XIMB facilities for sport include floodlit indoor and outdoor basketball courts, two floodlit tennis courts, an indoor badminton court, pool tables, a gymnasium, and floodlit grounds for cricket and football. A doctor is available on campus from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm every day except Sunday, and an institute ambulance with a resident driver handles emergencies.
