PGDM Financial Management

The Two-year Full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Financial Management) is an AICTE approved Programme. It is designed on a unique curriculum structure to cater to the growing requirements for finance professionals in the field of investment management, banking and financial services with leading corporates, banks, and financial institutions.

This programme builds students’ skills and knowledge in finance, and attempts to develop a holistic approach to management in all disciplines of Finance. The programme equips the students to gain a hands-on approach to business and financial information through the usage of technological platform, and attempts to bridge the gap between financial theory and practice. It helps the students in developing insight into equity research, financial services, investment banking services and regulatory environment with respect to financial markets and institutions. It also builds the analytical skills and knowledge base of students for risk management and operations and econometrics.

FORE PGDM FM programme is spread over two years. A student is required to complete 60 credits of courses in the first year of the programme, out of these, 54 credits are earned from core courses and the rest 6 credits from electives. FORE School of Management offers dual specialization to all the students enrolled in its programmes. This means that a student may specialize in at the most two Areas. In order to specialize in any Area, a student needs to take 15 credits of electives in the chosen Area of specialization. This requirement of 15 credits is both minimum and maximum. Students are not permitted to specialize in any third Area, they are not allowed to opt for more than 9 credits out of the balance credit of courses from any ONE particular Area.

In order to provide the students opportunities to specialize in their Area of choice, each Sentient Area offers Elective courses. The Elective Specialization courses are offered in Communication, Economics & Business Policy, Finance & Accounting, International Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource, Operations Management & Decision Sciences, Strategy.

FORE School of Management New Delhi Admission 2025 is open. Step by Step Process of FORE Admission Process is given below:

Step-1: Apply and appear in acceptable entrance exam - CAT, XAT or GMAT and apply separately for FORE New Delhi Admission 2025 

Step-2: Check Shortlist. Candidates are short-listed based on valid CAT/XAT/GMAT scores and other information disclosed in the Application form

Step-3: Participate in Final Selection Extempore-PI round. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Extempore and Personal Interview 

Step-4: Final Admission is based on performance in entrance exam, academic performance, diversity, performance in Extempore, PI round and other parameters. 

Step-5: Final Admission Offer Acceptance. Successful candidates will be intimated of their final selection by FORE Delhi. The result will also be uploaded on FORE website. Selected candidate should accept the admission offer and pay the requisite admission fees by the last date.

Shortlisting Criteria

FORE New Delhi shortlisting Criteria for Extempore PI Process is based on entrance exam score. Key parameters used by FORE New Delhi in shortlisting criteria include:
FORE New Delhi will shortlist the applicants based on their best available test scores in CAT/XAT/GMAT
FORE will consider aggregate scores of Entrance exams
Applicants may submit more than one entrance test score. FORE will consider the best test score for shortlisting 

• FORE Delhi Application should be submitted online with requisite application fees.
• FORE Application fee goes on increasing with addition of each programme.  
• For one programme FORE application fee inclusive of GST is Rs. 1770; for two programmes the application fees is Rs.2360; for three programmes application fees is Rs.2950 and for the four programmes application fees is Rs.3540.
